I like this doctor. She's very polite and personable and very intelligent and she's easy to understand and she listens. That's the most important thing. She listens. And that's all, you know, she's intelligent and I mean, she really listens. She knows what you're already going through, so. But she listens to you. That's important. She listens to me.

The Bayshore office is conveniently located close to my home and has free parking, a big plus. All the healthcare team members; nurse, resident and faculty were professional, caring and clearly experts in their field. I will highly recommend UTHealth to my family and friends.

Did not want to listen to my unique situation, didn't know how to explain herself about moving forward or listening to my side of the story. I tried but failed. I'll go somewhere else. Thank you for your understanding.

I have had left shoulder, a surgery already done, and then my right surgery needs to be done, and then my neck and my back. But she's trying to treat me for arthritis, not the injuries that I have. I told her I've gotten hurt on my job, and I had my right surgery done already, now I'm waiting on my left surgery done on my shoulder, and my neck, and my back. But she said she had the x-rays, but no, she doesn't. And Dr. Gregory is a UT physician. She said he's not a UT physician. He wants to treat me with injections and physical therapy, I told her no, thank you.

There was no time wasted. Everything was taken care of smoothly and I was very pleased.

The nurses and medical assistants who attended me were amazing. However, Dr. Gullapalli was not. She apparently had made up her mind before I had arrived that I was not someone she would treat. She spent an hour gaining medical history only to make me aware after an hour that it was against UT policy to treat me, even though two different surgeons within UT had recommended me to UT Pain and another UT Pain doctor had assured me I was a prime candidate and had all of my information as well. I don't know if this is because I met her on her third day with the practice and that she just simply
