Clerical references to imaging were incomplete and left me without the proper papers to proceed without multiple trips between offices.

From the front desk, medical assistant and especially Dr.P.Nguyen everyone was helpful to questions i had offering advice for my care they were friendly and very caring and made me comfortable and calm. Thank you for a great team

Overall, the experience was informative with time well spent. Appreciate how the Doctor listens and provides options where the patient (82 YO female) is concerned. He takes time to reevaluate the patient's well being while advising the best plan forward for reducing further health risk - minimize salt intake, eat more fruits and do some walking. In addition, he welcomes communication via MYCHART should we have a need.

The waiting time was a nightmare. I arrived 20 minutes early as instructed. I ended up being called 1 hour later of my appointment time. And the visit itself took more than one hour, being most of it waiting for people to show up. Totally not happy about the time spent on a very simple visit.

Dr. Nguyen is a fantastic doctor, He was able to answer all my concerns, Nursing staff, equally excellent, I highly recommend Dr. Nguyen and this practice.

Great care experience

My experience was excellent as always. I appreciate Dr Nguyen for his attention and consistency.

After the visit I was as left waiting in the room waiting to get a shot and no one came. Went to the front desk and they said I had been discharged.

I am grateful to meet with Dr. Nguyen. He is very knowledgable and patient, he cares about his patients.

The doctor, front desk and nursing staff are very courteous, friendly and helpful. It made my mother's visit very pleasant.

I also want to say Doc Nguyen always gives me advice on how to improve my health and explains what my lab results mean interference to my health condition.

Awesome first time in and out

Everything was good.

I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Nguyen and every member of the staff that I interacted with. This was an initial visit and I arrived with a cancer diagnosis from living overseas. When I previously lived in Houston, it sometimes took 6 weeks or more to get referrals from my primary care providers. At UT Physicians 6410 Fannin office, I got a referral and an appointment setup the very same day for the critical next step in my fight against cancer. I also felt I was able to tell my whole medical history and everything was discussed and plans made to move forward. So yes I would highly recommend this practice so far and I'd tell anyone this clinic was very professional and very friendly.

I can only say the most positive things about front office and the clinical staff.... PA's; third-year med-student that screened me; and Dr. P. Nguyen for his diagnosis. Excellent care, yes I'm on the mend.
