Jan 30, 2025

Horrible check in, reception, radiation tech experience. Almost got hit with the xray machine. Really felt like a cow in a slaughterhouse. Great physician and assistant though.

Jan 30, 2025

Had a question about one of the billings with the receptionist, was called in for appointment, told me to check with her when leaving. Melissa came into the room when waiting for the Doctor and went over my question. The receptionist told her and she just took care of it face to face. She explained the billing. Impressive! Visit was a very good and informative informative.

Dr. Paul's shupe is amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable, and has great bedside manners. I am an existing patient of his for years and will continue to call his office first for all my orthopedic needs. Office staff Katenia was an amazing help as well.

Dr. Shupe and his staff were very professional and informative. I appreciate the time and attention I was given by them.

Jan 24, 2025

Communication between clinical staff and doctor was non existent. Everyone asked me the same questions. Also, staff couldn't get the right x-ray shot and I had to readjust for 30 min straight. When done, the woman said "thanks for being the most difficult patient of the day". How am I supposed to trust someone doing surgery on me when they/their staff can't do the small things right and make me feel comfortable? My favorite part of the experience was talking to the resident who answered every question I had. That's it. The doctor showed up for only about 5 min. I don't think he was paying attention to what I said since he tried getting me in a brace shortly after leaving the room...(I already had one). I will not be returning due to poor service.

I love Dr. Shupe. He explains everything in detail, from the surgery procedure, to the therapies, to the recovery process time. He takes time to listen as well. I didn't feel rushed.

Jan 24, 2025

The girl that checked us in at the front desk was very hard to understand and maybe was new because she had to be corrected by another employee a few times. The guy that completed the X-rays was very unwelcoming and rude. Not patient. He made my daughter change in the restroom that needed to be cleaned. The toilet was disgusting and it was gross having to help her change. She should have been asked to change in a room. My daughter said he was not friendly and she cried after he walked her to the room. The fact that he had no empathy to her pain and made her cry like that is just horrible. He did not help her during the X-ray process and was demanding. He needs to understand the pain patients are in when they come in. When he met us he was not friendly at all. The lady who brought the discharge paper and put the brace on her were very nice. The doctor was also very knowledgeable and very nice.

Dr. Shupe and his staff were fantastic. I felt comfortable.

Jan 23, 2025

I had to reschedule my appointment. When I called the office to reschedule, I explained to the person at the call center that my appointment was a different time. She stated that the error was due to my wife was a patient of the same doctor and the emails and phone numbers should have been changed. I believe the front desk area needs more training in this field. To prevent the inconvenience of a patient taking off work.

G-R-E-A-T experience .

Jan 9, 2025

Everyone was very professional, treated me with kindness, and listened to my concerns. I am extremely confident I made the right decision to go to Dr. Shupe. He created a plan for my treatment and recovery based on my situation. Nothing felt predetermined and was specifically designed for me and my injury.

Jan 2, 2025

My right knee has popped back out after surgery, actually less than 24 hours after this visit which was primarily around the left knee. Based on the right knee surgery and physical therapy I wasn't suppose to experience the same symptoms again and now I have twice. My knee girst popped back out 2 months after surgery and intensive rehab. It remained out for a minute and then I was able to pop it back in. This morning roughly 3 months after surgery it popped out again and this time for 5 minutes before I could pop it back in. I've left two voicemails and Im waiting for someone to call me back (although I was told someone would call me back within 30 minutes and that hasn't happened. Im requesting a call back to discuss next steps
