I really appreciated Lorena's care and attention. She greeted me like I was an old friend! I also appreciated Bryan's attention to detail: he remembered little things I had mentioned at previous visits. It feels good to have healthcare providers who see the whole person attached to the broken ankle, and who celebrate my progress with me!
The doctor is very attentive. He has a lot of patience and care to explain the information well, and I really liked the treatment that Dr. Mata Navidad gave me. And I was also very happy with the results of my surgery.
Dr Kellam is a very informative, knowledgeable and caring physician. He listened and answered all my questions. I feel comfortable and confident that my future surgery will be in good hands
I like all the team, they are always listening to my symptoms and clarify all my questions. I am very fortunate.
Only thing I can say is thank you very much to all trauma team, you guys are terrific...!!!!!
The Orthopedic Surgery Physicians Office was and is uncomfortably cold. Staff told me that they had no thermostat and no control over excessive cold or excessive heat. I was there for over an hour and it was unreasonably cold!
Excellent patient care, great office personnel.
I am very pleased with the entire experience, care and concern for my health and welfare given by the entire staff and my doctor at UT.!
Very professional
Doctor Patrick was very humble giving us a detail explaining of my husband injuries and how he fixed them.
Dr. Kellam has been both exceptional and thorough since day 1 of my accident!
It was, as always, great!
It was good care
The facility waiting room was cramped and dirty. As it was in the parking garage it was convenient but waiting room felt & looked like a car wash waiting area. Many people in wheelchairs with nowhere to go, so waited out in hall. Walkers and crutches patients in danger of tripping trying to find somewhere to sit. Hallways were narrow, crowded with stretcher patients trying to get by wheelchair patients. Exam rooms out dated with exam "beds" too high for non mobile patients to get on. Stitches had to be removed while patient leaned on walker. Whole experience with Memorial Hermann has been a nightmare. UT Physicians loses credibility being in association.
Dr. k is the bomb!!!!!
Dr. Kellam is very easy to talk to and understands the patient's concerns. I recommend him highly.
The office staff was very professional, very kind, very accommodating, very knowledgeable, and it was a good and comforting experience. And I would definitely recommend the office and Dr. Kellam to others. I'm very pleased so far, and they did an awesome job.
Satisfied definitely
Everything was perfect, the attention from the moment we arrived, the nurse [...] was also very attentive, very nice, I like how she treated us, from the first day we arrived at the clinic with my dad, it is a very nice service, the doctor also for the doctors, everything was very well explained, we are very happy and you of course, we are going to refer families or friends. If anyone around comes to need your service, thank you.
Everyone was very kind respectful and I Was seen on time
The medical staff were great
My experience with the Doctors at UT has been truly amazing. Very short wait, extremely kind and caring.
They were all courteous I especially liked everyone involved there..especially his assistant ... who made sure that I had her number. Which was Dr. Kellam's number for me to be able to call after hours
Excellent care for trauma injuries
The whole team did a great job!
10/10 Would recommend as DR after catastrophic motorcycle accident, such as myself
Everyone is great! Dr. Kellam and his entire office team are great thank you.
All of your nurses was very good and nice, and Dr. Kellam. I loved him. He's a very nice doctor. He answered all of my questions that I needed to know.
I used to hate going to Doctors offices. I find it wierd that I enjoy coming here. I feel at ease, really comfortable, if that makes any sense. I just thank y'all for everything.
Dr. Patrick Kellam is not just an outstanding physician technically, he's also a caring, considerate, thoughtful and kind physician. Quite simply, he's awesome!!
