Yesenia and NP Ellis were very helpful ! I got the medication I needed and the assistance in office . Only downside the elevator at the office is still broken been like that for about 6 months
Dr. Ellis and her staff are amazing!! They treat me like family and they take excellent care of me. My health has improved drastically since I have become one of her patients. Also, I'd like to give a special shout out to Ms. Ivy, the caseworker/nutritionist. She was so wonderful in explaining the food and meditation resources that are available.

My doctor was out so the NO Ellis seen me. She did NOT do a full assessment and immediately came into the room and stated common cold. I had to tell her I suffer with allergies and sinus issues and all I got was afrin and a referral to the ENT. I asked her to refill my script for Flonase and she didn't. She assessed my lungs, didn't check my nasal cavity, my throat my ears. My complaint of a headache and eye irritation (pressure at left eye) went untreated. Stated it had to be 7 days it had only been 4. I'm a Nurse and to feel untreated made me feel less than. I had to leave to be treated at an urgent care.
It was productive, considering I got my prescriptions refilled.
I'd like to thank the whole staff there at the clinic. It was very smooth and y'all helped comfort me when I wasn't feeling good. Thank you to the front desk team. I didn't get the manager's name. And then for Gabby, thank you for Gabby for helping me guide me with my questions that I had. And then for Dr. Onika, thank you too. I'm feeling better. Thank you guys. Thank you staff. Dr seemed to be rushed. She told me she could only address one issue per visit with me. She was in the room less than 5 minutes.
I'm really satisfied with the care that was provided she really took her time to listen to me and explain everything she has planned for my care and being a new patient I really appreciated that I felt like I was not only being seen but heard as well I hope to be her patient as long as I can be

Everything was very good regarding the treatment and the medical consultation. The doctor was excellent.
She did not listen to my concerns. It's ridiculous how much you all bill the insurance when clearly she only had 5 min to discuss my concerns and she gave me info on night time leg cramps which I clearly told her I was NOT experiencing. Just told me sorry that she couldn't help more.

Good experience. I felt like NP Ellis cared about me and was there to help me.
The provider examined me but did not answer all my questions. I had complaints about having pains on my lower back and my neck and she told me, I cannot attend to all your problems today. You have to make another appointment. And those two complaints were one of the most important things that I went to see the doctor. I was not really satisfied. It doesn't take her anything to check my complaint and treat me for it.
They have tremendous patience and are very kind.
