I wanted to share my experience following my recent appointment with this provider, as it was unfortunately far from what I had hoped for. I used to be extremely fond of Dr. Oliver Batiste as a provider and have even referred my family members to Dr. Oliver, but this visit left me feeling extremely disappointed and disheartened. I felt that the appointment was rushed and I was often talked over. I tried to express the symptoms I've been experiencing, including some new ones, but I didn't feel like they were truly heard or taken into consideration. It left me feeling gaslit and dismissed, which is a difficult experience when you're seeking medical care. Additionally, the experience with the scheduling team and labwork staff didn't help improve the situation. The staff seemed uninterested and unfriendly, which made an already stressful visit even more discouraging. Overall, I left feeling very upset, which is not the experience one should have after visiting a healthcare provider. I had high hopes coming into the appointment, but I will unfortunately be seeking a new provider. I wanted to share this feedback because I believe it's important for patients to feel respected and heard during their appointments. I hope you take this into consideration for future patient interactions.

Everyone is very kind and attentive. Dr. Oliver's nurse is a very good person with very good manners and attention. She is special, just like the doctor. They are special. I congratulate them.
I was very lucky to be recommended to OLIVER BATISTE, MD in critical time. Even though, I started the care with him in the beginning of 3rd trimester due to I had to change insurance and the other provider did not take it, but I am so glad they did not because I would have missed the excellent patient treatment and the right type of care. Again thank you Dr. Batiste!!
Everyone there was very kind and attentive, however the waiting time is not appreciated. My appointment was at 10am, I was called at 10:40, the doctor came around 10: 50-10:55 and stayed there for 5-6minutes! I am more used to have a conversation, get more information and respect of my time. We work and make appointments to make sure everything is ready.
I would like to tell you that this is the first time I have received such special medical attention in this country. I am very grateful and it was a pleasure. Blessings to all your team!!!!!

Dr. Batiste is the absolute BEST doctor. Not only is he extremely smart and thorough, he is also kind and compassionate. He cares, remembers and listens. He's everything you want when going to someone with your health. I cannot recommend him and his staff enough. They are true gems in the world of medicine.
I can't thank enough Dr. Batiste for all care and helped us throw out this pregnancy. The stuff is so wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr Batiste and his nurse asked me about my concerns, listened carefully and then we had a very good conversation about the options. The receptionist was pleasant and very professional. I have other medical providers for primary care and other specialties, and Dr. Batiste and his staff are the best!

My experience was wonderful. I am a first-time mom, and from my first consultation, I felt secure with the team. On the day of my delivery, even though it was early, I felt a lot of trust with my doctor, the medical staff, and the hospital. I highly recommend it!
