Thank you!!!
Both the provider Olga and Dr. [...] are really great to work with. However, sometimes the organization and management of the office staff is a bit difficult. Often times I have to call for appointments that probably should have been scheduled previously, or it's difficult to track down someone that can make the appointment. Those are probably my biggest complaints.
Everything went well & i like doing the video appointments.
She was more than an hour and half late to our visit. Once our visit took place she went through history and our changes. Left me to go to a different patient and did not tell me that was the last time I was going to see her before my daughter and I went to labs. I never saw her again and I still had remaining questions and also was wondering about followup. Our next appointment is in 3 months after having monthly appointments so the reason as to why the appointments were now so spaced out did not get explained.
