The staff was all very nice.
They were all very attentive to me.
Thought everybody was very professional, answered all of our questions and we love Dr. Perez, she's great. She's wonderful and so is her whole team.
Everyone were so courteous . Just loved the lady that drew the baby blood. Another lady came from around the counter and played with him . Not one complaint . Excellent all around .even the valet were super helpful .
First the front desk attendant was off putting and uncaring. Her whole demeanor was as if patients were bothering her by being there. She had a frown on her face and was very short and snappy with her tone. Next we waited over 1 1/2 hours to be seen in a cold office where my 2 month old child was undressed the entire time. Only to be told at [...] pm I needed to go next door for blood work or reschedule with another [...] lab on another day. This was completely disrespectful of my time as a patient, mother and work schedule. On top of that the only question I asked about a skin discoloration on my daughters neck was never addressed or properly looked at. The attending pca who came in the room after a hour long wait took her vitals again said she would have it looked at by her superior as she thinks its a fungus, then left the room and never came back or sent anyone. This visit was a complete waste of time and very disappointing. We will not be returning regardless of the blood work as it seems this office has no concern for its patients.
I really appreciate it. The fact that I gave Dr. Perez a call, left her a message. And within a couple of hours, she called me back. I really appreciated That.
