Excellent treatment and all the staff are very professional.
I waited over an hour with no explanation
No desire to see her again. Felt rushed and like I was annoying her just by being there
The doctor actually listened and understood
I had a great experience, I Thank Everyone, God Bless you All!
Same high standards as usual!
I have absolutely no complaints
I don't know. I didn't leave displeased, but I didn't feel confident either.
Always on top
This used to be a very good office to go to
I don't know the supervisor that well, but she's done a good job so far.
Dr Vazquez was nice enough to see me as an added patient
They answered all my questions
Steroid shot worked quiclky and antibiotic is working. I was able to play at audition Wednedsay night. A huge thanks to everyone who cared for me!!!! Will be playing the offertory this Sunday. Thank you once again!!!
From the reception desk (Raquel) to the Doctor a great experience as usual.
There was no wait in the lobby & I was 10 minutes early. Everyone was very friendly & nice. I received a totally pain free Flu shot. I felt nothing at all. I didn't believe I had been stuck. Didn't get her name but she was a redhead & said she had plenty of practice.
I was treated very special! They listen to what I had to say. They were very professional and made my visit comfortable.
Thankful. I felt I was heard and there were viable solutions to the current situation.
Dr. Vazquez said she would refer me to a cardiologist, based on my ER visit and my visit with her. Someone called me the next day, and said the earliest appointment I could get with a cardiologist would be May 7 (over 3 months in the future). I told this person it seemed like I should get an appointment soon, due to the gravity of my situation. She said the only thing they could do was contact me if there was a cancellation, or work with Dr. Vazquez for a different group of cardiologists. I have made several phone calls, trying to figure out how to work with Dr. Vazquez for this, but it is not an option on the default phone menu. I have been getting the run-around, and still have not been able to get Dr. Vazquez's opinion on this.
She seemed to be sincerely concerned
Delay til 900am due to staff meeting and had to wait outside for 30 minutes.
My wife was with me and I was diagnosed with flu. My wife is my caregiver and I was scheduled for knee replacement surgery. We didn't want my wife to get the flu if possible. Dr. Vazquez refused to prescribe the Tamiflu for help in prevention of my wife possibly getting the flu. The doctor refused to help us with that issue.
I hope both the nurses and those in front of them are more polite because I saw that they get upset when someone asks them a question and that is not right.
It was a pleasant experience. No waiting , reviewed current lab results...everyone was wonderful.
I've come to take for granted how well I'm treated at UTP and how punctual you are about seeing me close to my appointment times. Thank you
Provider was very rushed. Did not seem engaged or that she wanted to know me on any level. It felt like oh, here are the basic answers, do abc, go see these other clinics. I was really hoping I would find a good provider that would offer a personalized treatment and be somewhat interested in care. The nurse was great as were all of the front office staff.
She went over everything with me I felt like I got great care.
This was my first appointment with Dr. Vazquez - my regular provider was not available.
When I mentioned I needed testosterone and brought a box that was prescribed to me she asked me aggressively about why I was taking it and she didn't believe I needed it. I've been on it for 4 years and she acted like I was a drug addict. I paid my 30 dollar copay just to have her set an appointment with a different doctor. I could have booked an appointment myself for free. I told her I had a few questions and wanted to create a plan to cover some of my issues and and she said she wasn't my doctor so I didn't get to go over any of it. She is the worst doctor I've had the displeasure of working with and I cannot recommend enough that people see someone else. She does not care about her patients.
I begged for cough syrup, as I have a very deep strong cough reflex. Dr. Vazquez would not prescribe it for me. I am miserable as a result.
