Everyone was very cordial since the moment I walked in, I was greeted. Everyone is beneficial and professional. The nurse who attended to me was very friendly and informative, which I greatly appreciate. I cannot recall her name, but it doesn't mean I do not feel great about her services and information; she was a sweetheart. The doctor or nurse practitioner was equally helpful and informative which, very concerned about my wellbeing. I appreciate your help and patience with me. There is no other place I would rather go for my healthcare. You'll are fantastic!

The other clinic I was at did not make me feel comfortant not what U T did to me check my ears mouth gave shots and more blood The only thing 3 times was blood work not listen to me what I feel or pain I am glad i when back to U T I know that I am getting the perfect care for me to be 100% healthy

When I went to my appointment, it was wonderful because the person, I was very sick and the person that was scheduling my appointment, she took very well care of me. She looked for an opening to get me in as soon as possible and she actually gave me the option of going in that same day. So I was very happy. The doctor was very professional. Everybody there was professional. The doctor was very knowledgeable about what I needed and she gave me the medicine for me to get much better and I'm very grateful because I was in very bad shape and they took care of me very well.

The nurse was not friendly at all. She looked very upset and that made me very uncomfortable.

When I arrived at the office, the front desk staff was not welcoming at all. The medical assistant, Deandrea, appeared to be in a bad mood-she was neither friendly nor approachable. Her facial expressions and overall demeanor were quite off-putting, making me feel as though I couldn't comfortably express my concerns. However, since I was there seeking medical care, I had no choice but to overlook her attitude and push through the discomfort to receive the attention I needed. It is essential that patients feel welcomed and comfortable when visiting a medical office. Being able to express concerns without judgment is crucial for receiving proper care. On a positive note, Ms. Quadri provided a professional and reassuring environment. She took the time to listen attentively and offered guidance that made me feel I was in good hands.

I think Dr. Quadri is a wonderful doctor I felt cared for. I feel for the first time in a long time that I'm being cared for correctly and just very thankful for that. And I think the nurses and everyone are very kind and really nice and like it's a place where I feel welcome and would and will tell my family about. Thank you very much.
