The portal is a good idea however the response time is not great. One of my questions was never received nor answered, and I was told that there isn't anyone that currently receives the question category I chose. Also, the doctor did not have the images available from the imaging center during our visit. I was told if another facility other than Memorial is used for imaging that the images do not automatically upload, but only a report uploads. It would have been nice for the doctor office to tell us they did not receive images and/or that we needed to provide the images.
Mr Dr was compassionate knowledgeable and had great bedside manner
Check in time fast with friendly person. Wait time very short. Nurse very pleasant and quickly took care of checking weight and BP. Short wait in exam room. All questions answered in a satisfactory manner.

For consultations, you guys should offer televised appointments. That's my only feedback.
