Excellent care quality. Sincerely interested in my personal wellbeing.
We have been very pleased with our surgery and treatment with UT Health. The only suggestion I have is to have a little more communication between the doctor/surgeon and family or patient. I would have liked to have heard from the surgeon after the surgery to hear that everything went as expected. Everything is going well for my son and we feel he was in the best place he could be for his surgery and treatment. Thank you!
This was my first visit with Dr Gregory's PA. She treated me well. The only encounter that I was a bit surprised with was on my way out I was told to see (don't remember I the young ladies name) who I was sent to who was to provide me the exercise pulley and show me how to use same - when she came out she said she didn't have any more pulleys, I could get the pulleys on Amazon and the instructions would come with the device. She did show us the correct device to get on Amazon and it just arrived today. When I had asked the PA about P/T she told me that many therapist did not know how to treat patients who had reverse shoulder arthroplasty. With that in mind I was more than a bit surprised to be sent to Amazon?
NICOLA AMORUSO, PA from UT Physicians Orthopedics - Memorial Villages was very nice and explained everything in detail, very patient with me and very informative. I am super satisfied with her service.
Nicola is always very knowledgeable and professional. She listens and gets your buy in to her suggestions for treatment!
Overall experience was excellent.
Absolutely best care ever
I left feeling uncertain about my after care.
All very good.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful
I feel like family and it doesn't get any better than that
My post surgical care left a lot to be desired. On this visit I told them about what happened and I believe they listened
Dr J Gregory is a great surgeon. Amoruso does great follow up.
That everyone was patient with me and was very professional, and they talk with me and made me laugh. My experience there was excellent.
Great Experience... from the facility to the support staff to the providers.
Everyone is so friendly and caring. This is now my second surgery with this group. Nicola is an outstanding professional. She explains care and treatment so well. I never felt rushed and she answered all my questions.
We have been unable to obtain my pre-authorization for my MRI and this has delayed treatment.
Outstanding in every way.
This PA was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
My appointment time was 2:30. I was called to leave the waiting room at 2:40. Well within a reasonable expectation. I then had to sit in the exam room for an hour and ten minutes to see the PA. This wait caused me to be late for my following appointment with a different UT doctor. Not a reasonable expectation. I understand things happen however this is the second time I have had to wait over a hour to see someone from doctor Gregory's office.
From my first visit with Dr Gregory and my first meeting with Nicola, I have had only the highest of confidence in both. Nicola is excellent when she shares the results of my latest x-rays and the status of my condition after surgery and how we proceed going forward after each visit. Each staff member I have met has been so polite, professional and kind. They all display smiles and you can tell they love their jobs!! They treat patients with respect.
It was a very good experience. Everyone explained the break to me quite clearly. I know what to do. I have no complaints.
Surgery follow up. Quick in and out. I was given good information.
Great staff
My pain management plan was never explained to me beforehand also no one at the hospital was aware of the details including the doctor representing your office saw three different physicians they told me three different things in hospital then I had to make an office visit to hear news that could have been shared over phone very disappointed
I felt completely comfortable with Nicola . She answered all of our questions and was interested in my recovery. She was very informative and knowledgeable. What a delight!!!
The practices buildings are very nice....the staff is always friendly and informative.
All the staff were very attentive and friendly, starting with the person who greeted me to check in for my appointment. They called me very quickly to take x-rays. The lady was also very friendly. Thank you all very much.
Very pleasant experience
PA Amorusa was very courteous, professional, listened to my concerns and provided explicit information on what I was not to do with my left arm, hand and shoulder as I recover from total shoulder replacement. She provided me with the surgeons notes which I found highly informative and also with X-rays. She allowed me to ask questions about the x rays which were not fully answered. Generally, I find that obtaining detailed and precise information is increasingly a problem with all medical practices. PA Amorusa appeared to have limited set on what I formation I am to be given and that is the case with every person I have encountered. I am treated generically, not as an individual. This will prove to be irrelevant if and when I regain full mobility of my left shoulder.
