The delay was not an issue. I was not busy and am grateful for the quick appointment that was available.
The PA who treated me for the aspiration explained every step she was doing before she did it. She was very caring and professional.
Good visit
Was really great experience. It be a 10 but the wait to go and then checkout were longer than I'd hope. Otherwise a great experience. And today I did 5 hrs of gardening, no pain. So thanks to all.

I did not meet with Dr Beckmann. I met with a different doctor.
Only thing I would to have known was the doctor I was suppose to see (and waited 3 weeks to see) changed schedules and I had one of his colleges do the injection, which I was fine with but would have liked to have been informed of the change prior to the procedure. Other than that, it was all good.
My procedure was delayed and I finally asked for information. The lady at the front desk that checked me in 30 minutes earlier let me know they were running an hour behind. I would've preferred they tell me that immediately upon checking in. The doctor was excellent. He communicated constantly throughout the procedure, checking on my well-being, explaining what to expect and detailing what he was doing, as well as answering my questions. He took great pride in his work and I was impressed with how skillful he was and how diligent he was in getting the best possible result for me. The nurse was knowledgeable about the procedure, responsive and helpful to the doctor and showed interest in me personally.
Everything and everyone was great. My ankle is extremely swollen today.

I think y'all did a great job with the procedure and explaining it to me and the communication from the nurses and the doctor were really good. The only issue I had was scheduled appointment time was 9:30 and I believe it was after 10 before I was called in. So just wasn't given any up front information that it would be a later visit.
During my visit I was treated with respect, concern for my well being . All of my questions were answered! Right now I am so happy that I am pain free ! Since my injection i have had zero pain. Some small ache and that is all.
