Dr. Ngozi and her staff are kind, welcoming and so very knowledgeable. There is no other doctor I have had experience with who says and means "Don't worry. I will take care of you" throughout our conversation. She takes time to allay my fears and concerns. I cannot ask for anything more from a physician.

The Dr. is amazing. She listens, is professional; yet compassionate. Offers great suggestions and asks for feedback. Also asks for you to contact her if you have a need. Has helped me immensely.

I was under the impression that I was going to have an hour-long session with the psychiatrist. It wound up to be maybe a ten if not less session, $30, and she seemed to have wanted to be in a rush to go out of the office because she's gone away for a month. My medication didn't come in until the day of that appointment, and how was I to tell her what was my condition, if it was better or worse? The medication was nowhere there where I could take it a few days and figure out how it was going to affect me. So I was very, very, very disappointed with the session with my psychiatrist. I drove speedily down to get there to think I was going to be there for an hour, only to be rushed out in ten minutes, if not less. Thank you.

Everything was good from the time I arrived. They took my name, they checked me out, appointment was on time. I sat with the physician or the doctor, listened to me carefully, and she was so helpful. And everything was excellent. That's why I put number 10. Thank you.

There was a real bad reception, so we were unable to really complete the visit. And I didn't know how to get back in touch with her.

Very professional

1. A doctor should first carefully listen to the patient's medical history. 2. The doctor should not ask the patient, "What do you want me to do for you?" Instead, they should diagnose the patient's condition and guide them on what needs to be done. 3. A doctor should not speak to the patient in a serious or angry manner, nor say things like, "I don't have much time" or "What can I do for you?" If the patient knew how to treat themselves, they wouldn't need to see a doctor in the first place.
