I was early, Nereyda was 30 min late. By that time I had logged in to the video app literally 5 times, each time seeing "Waiting for others to join" for a minute, then getting booted out seeing "Something went wrong please log in again." Literally 5x this happened. Nereyda offered no apology for being late and instead said "I see you left the meeting," which never happened, as if I was the problem. She used a patronizing tone minimizing my medical concerns, which I had alerted the office to 2 weeks ago after going 2x to the ER and getting diagnosed with subcutaneous emphysema on a CT, but got no response from her or anyone else in those 2 weeks. She said in the call "Sometimes things are reported on a CT that are not there." Why would anyone make such a statement, especially never having seen the CT. She then remarked on the fact that I had not yet sent this ER CT (because my clinic has not posted it on my portal), saying "like your images came to us late before your operation." This is both false and a non-sequitur, and a cheap attempt to undermine the patient's credibility. My images actually arrived days before the doc actually looked at them. The doc later said was probably a combo of a hematoma and abdominal nerve dysfunction due to the op - major issues. In short, this call was not helpful at all, I felt she had a sense of entitlement, as if I was somehow lucky just to talk to her, when in fact she offered nothing whatsoever in terms of medical knowledge. In no way did I feel she was trying to help me, it felt like she was looking for ways to compete with and undermine me, including bringing up all the distractions mentioned above.

Answered all my questions very informatively and was very helpful and conveying to me what was the procedures were going to be in and and what the recovery was going to be. It was like talking to a family member. I had very few questions at the end because she covered everything in such a nice manner.
She was very patient with me, and answered all my concerns and questions.very friendly an easy to talk to
I can't say enough about everyone in this office! Nereyda was amazing during this post op visit. She took a lot of time to explain everything about the procedure that my husband had and showed us x- rays and images and explained everything so we could actually see what things looked like before and after. She answered every question we had. This whole team is so informative and supportive and treats my husband like an individual and not just a patient. As his wife, they all make sure to include me in everything and patiently answer my questions and concerns.
