This was first time seeing Dr Mahood. She was so engaging, caring, and spoke softly and was very good. Would like to keep her as my primary physician. See her again May 29. Everyone including other staff are so upbeat and kind.
I really loved my experience with Dr. Mahmood. She is well-informative and she listens to all my concerns and she really helped me answer all the questions I had about my high blood pressure.

I have been seeing Dr. Mahmood for five years now, maybe so, maybe more. She's very attentive. She knows my history better than I do. She does not allow me to falsely think that I'm doing something right health-wise. She corrects it. She also makes suggestions. I refer both of my daughters who are now adults that also attended UT Physicians and have moved downstairs. I love the service that I get from her and the staff in that department.

The garage exit needs a traffic light (at least on Main where I exited). Massive jam. Is it always like that?
Dr Mahmood is great. The operation of the facility is not efficient. I had a 730 am appointment and was told to get there 20 minutes early. I followed this direction and the doors were not open when I arrived. Multiple patients were waiting outside. After seeing the doctor, the check out person was not ready to check out patients. She directed me to the front office to check out where there was a very long line checking in. I left without checking out.
