The physician is very, very concerned about my condition with the hair growth that I've been having and she is being very concerned and considerate.
Your Self Check In does not work! I eventually spoke to Business Manager Miss Williams who said she is investigating. I don't expect a response.
Very professional. Knowing her stuff ..!! Listened very well. Care about the patient's health. Want to find an answer to cure the problem issue sooner not later. And I do respect that .
Dr Klimas is wonderful
The resident was absolutely lovely and did a very thorough skin exam. Dr. Klimas is caring and answered all of my questions. A very good visit!
The Doctor is great but the check in app is great but I still had to got to front desk but was not informed about that! Not great communication! And there is no communication about wait time!
I was seen by the physicians rather quickly after being taken to the exam room. My questions and concerns were discussed and a treatment plan was decided upon to my satisfaction.
I have always been well treated by Dr Klimas and her staff and have full confidence in her care going forward.

My experience was exceptional, from the time i walked in the door until i left. Courteous and caring personnel at every interaction. My physician and her fellow, knew my history, were thorough, and educated me concerning changes in my skin now and going forward. Best dermatology center in houston!!
I feel like this provider didn't seem to care too much of what I had to say and I'll probably be looking for another provider soon .
The MA that led me into the exam room was not very friendly. I was getting my skin checked and he handed me a gown to change into, then left. I was changed but really cold, sitting there for a long while before asking him for a blanket. He didn't say how much longer I had to wait, in the cold exam room with just a paper gown on me. That was uncomfortable.

Lovely facility but still need more signs for parking, especially on the second floor. It has been improving!
Dr. Klimas had another Dermatologist with a trainee. I think this helps with the understanding my condition. My appointment was three months from the last appointment which says she has too many patients, however, I continue to go to her because she at least keep trying to help me. Others have not helped me at all. My response "Yes Mostly" is because it has been trial and error with her and additionally in the past she has been too busy to give me proper time in the office. The last three visit have been better because of the help she has. She is a nice person.
Dr. Klimas and her staff were knowledgeable, professional, efficient and caring! So thankful to have a doctor who is knowledgeable about my unique dermatological problem.
I don't appreciate an hour long wait time
No communication about wait time as wait time was less than 5 minutes! I love Dr. Klimas. She is always so cheerful and friendly and helpful. Staff nice too.

Very short wait, efficient staff
I checked in at the patient sign-in kiosk and was later told those kiosks are not functional! It registered that I was in the building but did not record my data input. Remove the kiosks or fix them! The medical assistant, resident and Dr. Klimas were all wonderful. They were professional, kind and thorough. It was a very good visit.

This was a routine visit for a yearly check. My skin health seems to be good to me personally and this was confirmed by the exam. It always takes a month or more to get an appointment. If I had a skin growth or condition that I wanted looked at relatively soon, I would probably need to find another provider if wanting to get a sooner appointment time.
