Natalie Bennett was so very thorough, precise, kind, knowledgeable, empathetic, accommodating, cheerful, & understanding. I am very grateful for her examination and my future treatment. Mellisa Rannals was great and patient setting up my exam. She was always ready to help when I had a question. I got to meet her and she is lovely. Lindsay, my nurse and who took me to my suite and led me to my x-ray and MRI was again, a lovely, sweet, and very helpful young woman. Arrisella(sp?) who often answered the phone was equally a pleasure. The radiology techs were also great. If I'm forgetting anyone, forgive me, but Natalie and the entire team were all winners! All MVPs!
Short wait times were very good and it was wonderful to be able to have refreshments and snacks while waiting.

Natalie is beyond professional...personable....patient...really listens.. great advice on overall plan for knee injections..& xrays.& what to do if I have an acute situation with knees...

Wonderful customer service and people take the time, and Miss Bennett especially explains things that I have questions on and answers me. And it's just always a good experience to go somewhere where people treat you like you're their patient. So I'm very happy with coming there and thank you very much.
