Very professional staff, all questions answered.

As much as it is not fun to have to go to the doctor, my appointments with this office is always more than a wonderful experience. From the front desk staff, to nurse, to lab worker and especially my nurse practitioner, Natalie, they make it a relaxing experience and environment. I never feel rushed, I always feel heard, never feel like a burden, my questions and concerns about my health and body are always made a priority to them. I know that I am lucky to have this wonderful office by my side. I even told them as I was leaving, as much as I love to see them, that I am glad that I haven't had to in a while!

Natalie is an excellent UT team member. She is always easily accessible, provides solid advice and back it up with medical evidence. She has been an excellent provider for me to work with throughout the 10 years I have been seeing her. She deserves all 10's on her work.

Everything went well during my visit except for the fact that I have multiple texts asking me to show up before my appointment time for about 20 minutes earlier. And when I got there, I was seen only at the time of the appointment, so I didn't see the use of being there early.

I always have a good experience with this provide. I am thankful for the reduced park fee. In the past they helped by connecting me with Dr [...]'s office so I can find out the brand of compression sock I need to purchase They are very helpful and d responsive to any request I have made

We love everyone at Gulf States Hemophilia and Thrombophilia Center - Texas Medical Center! They are very engaging and invested.

Natalie is very knowledgeable and very patient. I trust her with my care. She explains it very well.

My appointment was at 8 a.m. I was told to arrive 15 minutes. I arrived at 745. The door was locked and was not open until almost 8 a.m. So if I'm the first person of the day and you're telling clients to be there 15 minutes before then someone needs to have already opened the front door for patients to come in and sit in the waiting room. That was my only issue for this visit. Thank you.

Although the wait time as unusually lengthy, it rarely happens. As always, the visit was given a high priority of importance by the staff. It was a pleasant, professional experience while ensuring the patient fully understands the condition and options available. World class patient care!

Natalie did a quasi-physical exam. I'm not sure why she did the exam. She like listened to my heart, listened to my lungs through a sweater. I don't think that my, she didn't ask me to take a deep breath. I don't think she really listened to my heart well. She did a semi-abdominal exam. And it was, I'll say it was lacking. And then she didn't mention any of it in her history, and physical
