Each time I call for a appointment..they always say my Dr. Isn't available and would I see a PA..I don't mind sometimes but it seems I see a different PA every time..you never see one enough to be comfortable with them..I have gone here for years and the last year it's been a challenge to see my Dr. I have several friends who go here to and they are having the same problem..

I'd like to comment about Nancy that she listened and took notes very well and hopefully that she prescribed the right drugs because I've been taking them for about three or four days and I'm still hacking up oysters. I don't typically enjoy going to the doctor and Nancy Vu is the best experience I've had to date. Compassionate, nonjudgmental, and extremely helpful with all of my questions and concerns!

The nurse was very rude when I refused a COVID test because I knew I did not have COVID because I've always had chronic allergies and that's what it was. And then she, in the middle of my sentence, walked out of the room and closed the door before I had even finished speaking.
Some people don't like to go to doctors, I always have a positive experience when I see Nancy. She is very personal and explains everything to you. If more doctors/nurses were like her, more people would feel more comfortable going to see a doctor.
Dr. Nancy is the best.
