Nancy C. McLellan is a native Texan who completed her residency at Baylor Scott and White Hospital in Temple, TX. She is a board-certified audiologist who received her doctoral degree from the University of Texas at Dallas.
McLellan is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and a member of the Texas Academy of Audiology.

The provider doctor of Audiology she was very personable. She explained to me the pathology of my tinnitus and she also check my eustachian tube to find out that my right side is plugged up. She educate me thoroughly and do some recommendation with cognitive behavioral therapy. I'm thankful for her Time in educating me regarding my tinnitus.
This office is always professional and timely.
The one thing that needs improvement is to include the building number on all communication forms that include an address. GPS delivers us to the building with 9200 Pinecroft on it, which is the wrong building for this office. Yet building number is not included on the doctor's business cards, or in the visit reminders I received.
Audiologist always with positive, caring attitude and makes sure she explains the reason for the appointment before we start and the results of the testing and how he relates to her decision in moving forward in my having the optimal outcome for my hearing issue/issues.
Dr. McLellan and staff were so great with my child. He felt very comfortable with them and I feel confident that he got accurate test results.
The receptionist was very kind made checking in and out very easy. Dr. McLellan was so kind and patient with my little one. She made him feel comfortable and safe throughout the visit. She even made me feel comfortable. Dr. McLellan answered all my questions and educated me on some things. She really took her time and made it one of the best doctor appointments we have ever had! Truly one of the kindest physicians I've ever meet. Highly recommend going to see Dr.McLellan.

All the staff and doctors are so friendly, they answered our questions and they were so nice with my 5 yr old, very patience.

Amazing experience with the doctor and all staff! Doctor carefully listened to what we were explaining! My child was shy/ nervous (possibly about the fact he may have had a hard time hearing the noise the Dr was playing through the headphones) but she was absolutely amazing in how she treated him!!!
