Having trouble with prescription that was called into Walgreens evidently right after my visit but I did not get to call Walgreens until a week later since I thought it was odd I had not heard from Walgreens when I need the prescription and Walgreens said they could not fill and that they called Dr. Viggie's office several times to get clarification on the prescription but no one called them back so I called Dr. Viggie's office and left a message detailing the issue and since I was having trouble and Dr. Viggie called me back and was a total jerk!!! I still don't have my prescription. He practically hung up on me. I will not be treated this way. What am I suppose to do if Walgreens is telling me prescription can't be filled due to Dr. instructions and Dr. won't call Walgreens to get this figured out. Dr. Viggie was completely annoyed when I tried to explain what was happening. Dr. Viggie said to call Walgreens back and try to get prescription filled and they refused and so he said to call him back with a different pharmacy if Walgreens won't fill it. Really?? I need to guess that another pharmacy will fill it. What a waste of my time. I'm not the doctor. This is so unacceptable behavior. Very disappointed being treated this way. If I talked to a client the way Dr. Viggie talked to me I would get fired. I just need 3 capsules where I will mix with water and Walgreens is confused thinking they need to make compound. Oh and another thing I had to wait almost an hour to see Dr. Viggie. I'm a good patient who takes my healthcare very seriously. He just acts simply annoyed. I want to continue with Dr. Viggie as he is very knowledgeable but if this is how I'll be treated I won't be coming back. Why waste his and my time.
The medical care was very, very good from the doctor and his medical team. The area that can be improved is really in the office staff, although they were very friendly and very professional. There was a disconnect. I received no communication prior to my appointment, no confirmation of time, no expectation around insurance, nothing. And then when I arrived, there was a lot of questions and confusion about whether an insurance preauthorization was required, which it wasn't, but the doctors asked the question and then everybody kind of looked at me to be able to respond whether I was authorized or not. And they were waiting for an office feedback and the people in the office didn't know the question and it was just a lot of confusion. It took a while to get that clarified before my procedure started, which was frustrating. It was also a bit frustrating because everybody looked at me like I was the one confused and I was pretty clear. My insurance did not need preauthorization, but it was an internal question
Dr. Viggie is a wonderful doctor! He's caring and takes time answering any questions I may have.

Yes, Dr. Viggy was the most knowledgeable, kind, respectful and made me assured of my condition. All the staff was helpful and respectful. My visit was very pleasant.

I waited over an hour and a half to see the doctor for a few minutes. What you can do to improve is be on time with your appointments or at least within 30 minutes and definitely communicate if more than 20 minutes have passed about the expected wait time or delay. Thank you.
Dr. Vigne was amazing. He was patient. He explained things. He and his team wrote out our instructions and helped us with the diagnosis and treatment. We recommend Dr. Vigne to a family member. What else do you want to say?

The visit was fine but my appointment was for 10:00 am, arrival time at 9:45 am and I was called to the back room but no one came to the room until after 11:00 am. Waiting over one hour with no explanation was not very good.
Hi, Dr. V was very patient and his team was excellent. They understood our problems. They were bang on time and treated mother with respect. And the team that was with him was exceptional in re-explaining things to ensure that we understood. Thank you, Dr. V and team.
