She's an excellent doctor. She's very kind. She's very nice, very concerned about each of her patients, at least with me. And she is wonderful. I advise y'all to give my mom money to keep her, because she is an excellent nurse. Thank you. Bye-bye.
Dr Shields is so very caring, wise and patient. Listens intently and never makes you feel rushed. She is an amazing doctor and I am so glad I am her patient.
Parking and locations were a little confusing since this was my first time to go to this building... but the management has done a really good job of placing greeters at every door and area! They were all super helpful and friendly! Great overall experience!
From the very first time I saw her, she gave me information that no one and no other provider gave me. I didn't know half my illnesses until she told me. I believe she's a very good doctor. She will handle me in good care. Thank you.
Would be nice if some of the testing could be done prior to first visit based off reasons for visit. Waited 6 weeks to be seen. Now have to wait another 6 weeks for testing . Then another appt to get results

I've seen comments elsewhere that the check-in staff are rude and discourteous. I object to that because the are very efficient and knowledgeable about what they do. They're direct and to the point. I like it like that but maybe some people expect them to blow kisses. All the staff at this facility are professional and courteous.
Overall really great, I felt attended to though it did seem like the nurse and doctor were kind of rushing me / impatiently listening when I needed to elaborate on some things including my symptoms and I did not get to share all the symptoms I've been experiencing for that reason
Everyone was extra helpful. Everyone greeted me with a smile on their face and a gracious hello. I also appreciated very much the wheelchair lift in front of the building. Thank you.

It seems to be a good morale, a good work environment there that the employees, staff and the doctors are good with patients because they're happy in their environment. I liked Christy, the nurse. She was exceptionally personable and of course Dr. Shields. Definitely would refer people to go to her. She takes time and is skilled and knowledgeable and treats people like people. Thank you.
