They were able to diagnose the problem and since it was a significant change to my daughter's life they took as much time as necessary to provide support, educate her, and to help her feel as if things will be ok. We never felt rushed.
The app is certainly not user friendly, and I have to follow up on questions after waiting the requested 1-2 business days (I've waited three). There are too many notices in the feed, and some things are not labeled correctly. Eg I received a post stating that a letter of accommodation I requested was ready but it was not a letter but something entirely unrelated.
The doctor was very helpfull in explaining to my daughter and i about why she was there. Great treatment!

Yes, Dr. Bray is an experienced rheumatologist. He pays attention to details and she's always ready to listen to my complaints, my fears, and she's really good in her job. I want to give her a thumbs up and yes, she's doing good. Thank you.
The provider seemed to care more about why my child was not in school and his GED then his health. She basically told my child it's all in his head. I will never bring any of my children to this Dr again.

Dr Bray and her team are very nice & caring. They make eye contact and make sure the parent & child are comfortable with everything going on by explaining the process. The front desk staff could be nicer during check-in.
A bilingual person should be there in person because I wasn't able to ask the doctor some questions because it's embarrassing somewhat to request a translator over the phone.

Our experience with Dr. Bray has been exceptional. She has gone above and beyond during our appointments with her. We are very grateful for everything she has done for our daughter.
She showed very little interest in my concerns as a parent. She actually made me feel like I was crazy as if my concerns were absurd. She also seemed irritated with my 3 yr old son that was just being a normal 3 yr old. I left very unhappy she did not give me any piece of mind. It's been a roller coaster with weeks of different specialists. Made several trips to the medical center pretty much everyday this past week for other specialists and a ultrasound and blood work my son needed, every other UT Physican doctor was very professional and explained me and my husband everything detail by detail not Dr.Bray!! Very disappointed!!
Dr. Bray and her entire staff including receptionists are always amazing and so personable! They make you smile regardless how difficult of an appt we have
