We just want to say that finally we arrived at your emergency room to the fact that you all saw us, which was very quickly, to explain what the situation was, what the next steps, making sure that we understood like the outcomes and what is that happened and even just all the coordination that happened and how we... Anyway, listen, guys, we had a really, really wild weekend, but I will say that from visiting Dr. Hammond's office, we have an amazing experience. Just fantastic. Anyway, that'll be it.

Dr. Hammond is awesome and her nurse is great definitely recommend for everyone's child care !

They took good care of my daughter who was very ill during the visit. Very accommodating and since like any other parents that wants their kids to get seen ASAP, that's what happened. They made it happened! Dr. Hammond and the whole team will take care of the whole family. Thank you!

Wait time was very long.Almost an hour to see the provider. Medical assistant was not personable.Very robotic.

Everyone from the receptionist to the nurse to Dr. Molly Hammond has been absolutely phenomenal. There was a little issue with my insurance, but we got it fixed right away. The receptionist was super nice. She was double checking everything. And then the nurse let us know about the percentages of Louisa, and she was also extremely nice. We were very happy with the service. And Dr. Molly Hammond was exceptional as always. She listened to our concerns. She asked us all the questions. And it was very nice to hear about the reassurances that she was giving us regarding our baby. I will always go back to Dr. Hammond.

Dr. Hammond and the Nurse who took care of my children were amazing, caring and very thorough.

Dr. Hammond was thorough in her assessment. She answered my questions and concerns, and she gave me ample resources for additional solutions.

The only feedback I have is that we had an intern come in first. Besides just speaking clearer and getting his routine down he needs to watch wording. He asked my 7 yr old how she was feeling and when she said not good he said "that sucks". I didn't mind so much and chuckled to myself but I know other parents that would be offended. If I don't let my child say it I would rather my pediatrician not say it either. He's learning though and I was not offended, just a bit of advice.

Dr. Hammond is an excellent doctor and we have been very happy with her since my son has been born and he is now eight. So we would not choose any other provider but Dr. Hammond and we thank her for being so wonderful.

The provider and clinic employees are amazing they have know my daughter since she was a week old and always listen to my concerns and questions. Being a nurse myself I can be a lot sometimes with questions but they always here me out. They are amazing

Dr Hammond is awesome. She is the only Dr I trust with my kids. She sees all three of my kids. She's my sisters Dr and she was also my Dr growing up. We never have a bad experience with her.

Great visit. Staff very courteous and professional. We were roomed by [...] who did great with our 2 year old and always enjoy seeing Dr. Hammond. All our questions were answered.

We have enjoyed moving from Texas Children's to UT Health. Everyone has been so helpful and nice!

Usually I'm not the kind of person who complains but we have had a great experience with Dr. Molly Hammond, but not so great with her nurse Jacky[...]. She is not friendly at all and doesn't try to communicate to make us feel comfortable. The other 2 nurses were great but unfortunately, past few times we are seeing miss Jacky. She has this serious look on her face like she doesn't want us to be there. It's my child's doctors appointment and she is going to be getting shots, I would want to make her to as comfortable as I can and I can't do this on my own, it does requires nurses and doctors help. I did not like her behavior towards us and my baby. I hope it would get a little better next time we see her.

I think the only critique I have about the provider is that she is very loud, so I feel like confidentiality-wise, I feel like the rooms around us could probably hear everything that we were saying or everything she was saying. It seemed excessively loud for the small room we were in. So, that would be my feedback.

Dr Hammond is amazing and has been my child's pediatrician since birth. We love the office and the staff.

Dr. Hammond is a great provider. She's always been. My daughter's had her for, my daughter's had her for thirteen years. So we are very happy with her. Thank you.

absolutely wonderful! It is immaculate clean, all the associates are welcoming, pleasant, and make us feel safe. Thank you so much! Plus, my kids love every doctor here, all the doctors are knowledgeable and personable, you can tell that they love what they do and everyone is always so kind!!

My daughter had a great check up. We love [...] she's the best & so is Dr. Hammond. [...] is also always great & very helpful when I have billing questions.

The nurse was so incredibly sweet, and the pediatrician is thorough and made me comfortable with the treatment plan.

This is my daughter's second visit to Dr. Hammond and everything went smoothly as expected. She's always smiling and because of that, my daughter got comfortable with her really fast.
