During my check-in, I encountered a staff member who radiated warmth and was genuinely helpful, making the initial process feel welcoming. However, the nurse on duty appeared somewhat irritable, her demeanor reflecting a sense of impatience as she posed her questions sharply and offered her comments with an air of brusqueness. The doctor then entered the scene and quickly assessed my condition, readily identifying the symptoms I presented. Unfortunately, this efficiency came at the cost of a more profound examination; my core health issues were glossed over and not adequately addressed. I left the appointment with a prescription in hand, but I felt a lingering frustration. This visit wasn't merely about quick fixes or medications; I sought to uncover the underlying causes of my health problem. I am eager to engage in meaningful changes in my daily life to mitigate these issues and, ideally, minimize my reliance on medications in the long term.
The first lady I saw couldn't find any information from my recommending doctor so I was calling his office and ready to leave since it seemed I was there by mistake. Then the doctor came in and had the necessary paperwork. I could easily have left without seeing him. I don't know why she hadn't been able to see it.
Everyone from the front to the back were very nice to us and that means a lot I am big on customer service

The doctor and the staff was so amazing, so personable, so helpful, so they were just amazing. Like I can't even explain. I was so happy to go home and tell my husband. I'm like, oh, my God, like I just love the doctor and his staff. Everybody was so great. They were so informative, so helpful, so careful, so all of the above. I just want to say from the doctor to the staff, everyone was simply amazing. And I would definitely recommend, especially when it comes to my son, like we all want the best health care for our children, but they explained everything. They were so patient, so kind. And I just wanted to say from the doctor and everybody, when I walked in and the staff and the lady that did the hearing test, like the other doctor, I don't know her name. I didn't get it. I'm sorry. But from the other doctor that did the hearing test, from the staff, when I walked in to check in, the medical assistant, the guy, you know, who helped me
They treated me very well, the doctor explained to me in great detail about my son's procedure.
As always Dr D and his staff were kind and helpful. He takes time to listen and offer suggestions and assistance. Have already recommended him to others I know.
The doctor and the staff at the front, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very welcoming. The nurse, however, was very dismissive, very rude, and I asked her several times to change her tone. She acted as though there was an issue. I don't know if she's having a bad day, but I did ask her several times to change her tone with me, and she did apologize, but kept the same tone. So other than the nurse, everything was great there. So I would definitely recommend the provider, but would recommend some customer service training for the nurse. Thank you so much.
It's too early to answer this survey. The doctor seems knowledgeable, but I have no prior experience with him and I haven't been cured yet.

I went in for my left ear and was prescribed medication for my nose. I took off work and thought I was going to have an ear exam the same day. I didn't need any medication for my nose.

Dr. Darwish was great. He listened carefully, did not rush, and explained what the next steps would be and why they were needed. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing an ENT.
