Not worth the appts
I felt very comfortable and welcomed. It was a very good exam of my skin.
I am very satisfied they work very well and have fun organization.
Dr. Koshelev is very calm, polite and well-spoken. Inspires trust and confidence! I appreciate him a lot!
The doctor did not know my medical history, because this was my first visit
Very informative, caring and helpful
Doctor took time to examine me and went over all the treatments.
Dr K is great
Dr. Koshelev is kind, attentative and prompt!
The entire staff was incredible and made it a super smooth experience for it being our first time in the office.
The medical assistant was efficient
Dr. K was awesome. Staff was friendly. Feel very confident with the care I receive.
The questions in your survey are too generalized. Asked nurse about itching behind both of my knees at night and it spreads to a larger area if I scratch it. Dr never addressed it and frankly I forgot to look at my list again before my visit ended. Dr was focused on my exam which was my main concern but did not let me know specifically about my nose where I had mohs for a prior cancer until I asked near end of the exam. Before the tissue for my biopsy was taken, I received my after visit summary. I did not appreciate that, as it tells me I was a routine not an important patient. You should wait maybe, things will not be routine.
They not complete my medical history, didn't read my chart regarding my referral, two interns came in with no knowledge. Service was horrible
Everyone is professional, kind and efficient!
Very easy check in and everything went very smoothly.
No wait time! Love that, a unique experience.
I was seen by the doctor two minutes early! I am almost had to be treated for a heart attack as well when that happened. Very happy with the visit. He's a very good doctor!
I recently visited the UT Physicians Office, and overall, my experience was positive. The doctors were excellent and provided great care. Everything else during the visit went smoothly. However, I must point out an issue with the front desk staff, particularly the security guard. Her behavior was unprofessional-she displayed a rude attitude not only towards patients but also toward other employees. This created an uncomfortable and unwelcoming atmosphere in the front desk area. It did not feel like a safe or supportive environment for the staff working there. I hope this feedback helps improve the professionalism and behavior in the front desk area, as it significantly impacts the overall patient experience.
Dr. K is awesome, always takes his time with me, explains everything, and I would highly recommend.
All the doctors and staff members are amazing and wonderful at your clinic, very caring and very professional. I'm really blessed and grateful to be part of your health care, God bless you all.
Thanks
I'm just about done with UT Physicians. It's ridiculous that a patient must wait almost three months to get a simple outpatient procedure done. Anything but seeing a doctor for the initial visit is a horrible experience with UTP!
I was so impressed at how smoothly and efficiently everyone did their part and so knowledgeably, beginning to end, but in such a relaxed, calm, unrushed, and friendly demeanor. They also seemed this way between themselves as I sat in the waiting room and passed people in the halls. I drive over an hour of highway to get here, and it's worth every mile. To top it off, Dr. Koshelev is the first person in 50 - fifty - years to find a solution for me, and I'm just so grateful to him.
In previous visits to other dermatologists care for my biopsy sites was outlined quite specifically, from frequency of washing to bandaging. None of this was covered in this visit. Fortunately, I remembered from other visits and knew what bandages were needed.
The intern was phenomenal.
Keep everything the same. Great jobs
Great explanation experienced and care provided. Dr. Stender was great. Very thorough and asked many questions about my skin and provided several suggestions about protecting myself when outside. Dr. Koshelev was also great. Thank you.
The parking garage is too far from main entrance for people with disabilities
The visit was a waste of time and I finally had to get to another doctor two days later and I'm still in discomfort. So it was a waste of time and a waste of money. Thank you very much. Goodbye.
