We waited 2 months to See The Doctor, One Appt was for 9:30 then one at 10:30 am, I loved and Adored Dr Yusef Sanjak, But the Way I was Treated waiting to see the Doctor for over 3 Hours and still never got a chance to See Him as of this Moment, was Not Right, after I kept asking was the Doctor there, I was told he was in the Room, No Wayyyy, not for over an Hour/half, they Eventually sent a Asian Gentleman in the Room, who was not aware what we were there for, I kept telling the Asian Assistant that my Son was deaf, and couldn't hear, and still kept talking to my Son as if he could hear, But He insisted on constantly asking my Deaf Son Questions, When my Son is Profound Deaf, Very Unprofessional, Ms Yubank the Audiologist was very Sweet and Kind, and Professional, But The Visit to see The Doctor was Horrible, and never got a chance to see the a doctor , I really prefer to have my $28 back, it was wasted time, We had been there From 9 am -almost 2 pm I got tired of Waiting left, Everyone that went in When I went in the Holding Area, got their business taken care of and Left, I'm sure they were not stuck with a Large Parking Bill as I were. Having to Pay $20 for Parking plus $8 at Check in for my Deaf Son was Not Right, My Son has Medicad3 and Medicare, shouldn't not have to pay anything. But I will check with United Healthcare, to see, Why, If The office was that Busy, they Should have Resetted our Visit to another day, Being lock up in a Room for over an Hour and 45 minutes were not Right, I feel we were taken for Granted, I was so Hoping to Get talk to the Doctor about getting my Son a Cochlear implant and Now we Have to start all over with another Doctor Somewhere else,
Our first visit at this facility with my newborn was THE worst experience ever. We waited in the lobby for HOURS-my NEWBORN of 2 WEEKS and me lactating, waiting in the lobby for hours. UNACCEPTABLE. Then we finally got called back and spent about another hour in the exam room; not because the exam took that long but because it seemed like the tech didn't know what she was doing and she finally went to get help from another tech. Even now, I am very doubtful of the screening results that were given to us; did she really fail one side or was it the lack of incompetence that resulted her needing a re-screening? The lack of communication was also horrible. I was never informed prior to the appointment of what to expect; I.e. how to prep my newborn, the duration of the exam, etc. Not like it would have mattered anyways because after waiting for HOURS, of course my baby is going to wake up at some point and she did, right before the exam, making it difficult for the techs to complete the screening. A few weeks later, I called multiple times to speak to someone in the ENT department and no one called me back. I asked to speak to the Manager/Supervisor of the department, left a voicemail and never heard back from anyone. I was NOT happy at all that we had to come back for another hearing screen for my daughter but at least the second time was much better. I have based my ratings on the first visit because as they say, "first impressions last a lifetime" and this, unfortunately, I will always remember.

Hi, so I'm the tech that did my VNG and ECOG. She was amazing. She was very efficient. She explained things to me just step by step. I think she was awesome and I'm grateful for her to be the person to have done my testing. And there you have it.

I enjoyed my visit with Miranda Eubank. She listened carefully to my questions and gave me useful answers/information. I have a tendency to get off topic but she was patient with hearing my stories. The testing was very professional and well explained. I hear a marked improvement with my hearing aids and she supplied me with the needed ear wax guards and an improved "dome".
Doctor provided excellent care. The visit wasn't rushed.
Miranda is a very understanding audiologist. She definitely makes the room feel comfortable and the test easy to maneuver through. I truly enjoy having her as my audiologist. Thank you.
Dr. Eubank gave me a very in-depth look at the hearing aids available and what they would do for me. I enjoyed the visit and we'll pick up new hearing aids at the end of the month.

I was told I that I need to take the next step and discuss various hearing aids. So far no one has contacted me concerning a future appointment to discuss this matter.

I wish this practitioner was at the Bellaire Station, but the MedCenter parking wasn't too aw, but the $18.00 parking fee was shocking. Fortunately, I don't come to the MedCenter very often.
