My husband is a new patient so I don't know much about Dr Dang or her practices
I feel she does not care, I felt like she did not believe me, and made me feel that way, waited about an hour to see her in the room and then when she was in there it was short and most of the the she was typing, did not even look at me while talking to me. I'm looking for another provider. Not a good listener and very dismissive.
Dr. Dang made me feel important. The staff was very nice.
Ileft her office befuddled! I felt like. she did not listen to me. I still do not know what a neurologist does to help patients.She did tell me what years in advance would be like, but I got zero information about about the present. I do not know if I will go in for a 2nd Appt.

This doctor was very rude, was wasn't even in the room 5 minutes. I went thru SEVERAL tests/Scans on my brain, and a couple other Doctors and nurses had looked at a couple of the tests results online and they were VERY concerned and told me to make sure and go to this appointment. This Doctor had a stack of papers in front of her (obviously the results) and didn't even look at them, she flew into the room saying "OK, everything is perfectly normal, nothing is wrong, when you going back to work!" Obviously everything is not perfectly normal and something is wrong or I wouldn't be there in the first place. So I will be seeking a second opinion AND contacting my lawyer.
Everyone is great and I am very comfortable on my visits.

The doctor didn't spend any time with us, answered our questions by reading hospital discharge papers, which we have available to us and have read thoroughly prior to the visit. To our answer how to prevent complications in the future, she told us to get more health insurance. This cost $336. The visit lasted about 10 minutes. Horrible.
Thank you. What I am most interested in is a doctor who speaks Spanish well. I don't like anyone to translate for me because translators sometimes don't explain well to the doctor what the patient has and they get quite confused with the words that the patients are giving the information. It's hard to get in a parking space ,handy cap is far from building ,no valet and if you make it to your appointment you have to pay for the aggravation and then it's a hassle to get out of the parking lot!
