So the provider seemed really nice, but I feel like everything wasn't covered. When she walked in, it was, oh, so I see you on Phoenix, don't spend much time together. And that's like, I don't think I said anything to mislead the conversation before she came in there. I spent most of the time with the resident. I was waiting for over an hour and a half, and I missed my week appointment, which, I mean, that's not on her because I could have took a different appointment or anything. But I had some schedules because I didn't think I was going to be there that long. But she wasn't there very long when she came in. We didn't cover about my child's ear infections, about her weight gain and stuff like that. She told me to talk to GI, but I mean.

You guys can do better by thoroughly listening to issues that your patients actually have when it comes to their kids instead of judging them. The second thing that you guys can do is stop off the bed judging a book by its cover and trying to base your opinions off the way that you feel like it's best without having any open thoughts or discussions or advice if it can be done a different way. I felt very judgmental on this last visit with my son. I will not be returning. Thank you for your services. The only person I enjoyed was the one who came in to make sure my baby has the proper medicine so far since she's had everything else, I do not recommend. I also enjoyed the manager. She was very well and she did very good at handling my issues. But other than that, you guys have to do better with making parents feel comfortable with talking to you about their parenting towards their kids. And if you have a different opinion, then you do that professionally. Thank you. Bye.
