Our visit was important as the patient was 2 years without meds. With Incomplete bloodwork due to the lab we called to determine next steps and the nurse the day prior said possibly yes. the Dr and nurse at the visit didn't give info and didn't even know about it. Didn't go over the bloodwork either. The Dr did not give a clear indication if the results that were provided were okay and he was in the clear of hyperthyroidism. Left with more questions than answers. this is after an almost 2 hr wait. Will seek another provider.

The diabetic educator is extremely knowledgeable and patient and friendly.

I guess because this is a child, theyre very patient with the child so they can understand.

The doctor was very kind and attentive. She knows your job very well and is extremely understanding.

The visit overall was very good. My daughter was happy and felt comfortable. The area in which improvement is needed, the nurse who took her vitals was a bit rude and made my daughter feel as if she was being rushed and slightly uncomfortable.

We met Dr. Rivera and she impressed us. I have nothing but good things to say about this team. We travel 2 hours for my son's [...] care. We could go closer to home, but we refuse. We will gladly make the drive to see this team. ALLLLLL the stars!!!!

We absolutely love our CDE, [...], and our end, Dr. Rivera. We have sang their praises to many of our [...] friends. We have NOTHING but POSITIVE things to say about them!

Fantastic work

Dr. Rivera is very patient. She listens to everything that the parent has to say. She is very positive and doesn't try to force anything on you and gives her honest opinion. And I really do appreciate her patience and her listening to the parent and letting them be part of the care. So keep her around. She's a great doctor.

Everything went well. However, wait time in the room was long

Dr. Rivera listens and hears our concerns. She is kind, patient and doesn't rush. Nurse [...] always goes above and beyond when answering the portal and contacting the insurance for approval. We have an awesome team.

I'm very happy with how our appointment went and we'll definitely be referring people. Thank you for all your help.

Thank you for the good service to my daughter

I love it because they are always ready for what my son needs, and his doctor is very nice to him. She always takes good care of him.

Everybody was always very attentive to us on everything we needed. It was a bitter sweet visit since my daughter has to leave pediatric to go to adult. We love everybody in the office for everything they taught us since my daughter's diagnosis. We will never forget them!! They have a great team in that office!

Dr. Rivera is a good listener! She has kids so she understands a great deal. She is never in a hurry.

I am infinitely grateful for the attention of the entire care team, especially Dr. Rivera.

My son and I recently visited her, and it was a really positive experience. Dr. Rivera was genuine and cared about my son's health and made us feel comfortable right away. What impressed me the most was how Dr. Rivera explained things. She talked to us in a way that was easy to understand. She was easy to talk to and listened carefully to our concerns and answered all our questions. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my son's well-being and wanted to help. Dr. Rivera offers great advice and creates a welcoming environment. My son and I are grateful for her help, and we'll definitely continue to see her for care.
