It was my child's first experience with a surgical consult. She was comfortable with this entire visit and so was I as her legal Adoptive Mother & Paternal Grandma all rolled up into one.

The doctor really explained the procedure and the results of the biopsy really well and she gave me a lot of options like which route or which path I need to take. So the doctor really explained it with pictures as well. So I like the doctor and I trust her with the care. That's all I wanted to say. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in to office everyone from the meet and greet was very welcoming.My nurse Sandi was amazing,Dr shen was the best very knowledgeable understanding and helpful about my situation.Will recommend anyone to this office.

The main number needs to be easier to navigate. It took me a very, very, very long time to be able to get to Dr. Shen's nurse or to be able to make a phone call to Dr. Shen. Number two, I wish all doctors were like Dr. Shen. She's amazing and her nurse is amazing. Thank you.
