Dr. Shen was one of the best doctors that I have ever had. I feel very comfortable with her. She makes you feel very comfortable. She's very knowledgeable, and I've learned a lot about my illness through her. I definitely recommend her for anyone that needs breast surgery. Thank you.

From the moment I walked in to office everyone from the meet and greet was very welcoming.My nurse Sandi was amazing,Dr shen was the best very knowledgeable understanding and helpful about my situation.Will recommend anyone to this office.
The main number needs to be easier to navigate. It took me a very, very, very long time to be able to get to Dr. Shen's nurse or to be able to make a phone call to Dr. Shen. Number two, I wish all doctors were like Dr. Shen. She's amazing and her nurse is amazing. Thank you.

Dr. Shen and her staff were AMAZING. Because the ER doc recommended her so highly and wanted me to see her so quickly, I already knew I was in good hands. Meeting her sealed the deal. The whole experience was perfect.
Dr Shen is a 10/10. Perfect and intentional with amazing bedside manner. It will be nice if the staff supported her in updating the patient proactively when things are delayed. They put it all on Dr Shen which should not have happened. The staff should pop their head in to rooms and share, there is a slight delays and she will be with you soon.
