The woman that took my daughter's ultrasound images did not know how to grab a 5 month old baby. As I was giving my daughter to her she grabbed my daughter from the neck only as support. I'm not sure how often UT Physicians gets infant patients but it's very unacceptable and unprofessional. Regardless if you've never held a baby I think it would be some common sense to NOT get her from the neck.

An excellent doctor with very good attention. They performed all the necessary tests, were very attentive and polite, and provided an excellent explanation of what was found. We are very grateful, both the parents and the patient.

They have never had me wait so long and according to what I had to do with an appointment, my appointment was at 10:30 am and they saw me at 11:30 am and my child is angry, restless from so much waiting and I waited longer than I was with the doctor. Doctor, I was there for five to 10 minutes, the only thing I didn't like was that I waited 1 hour and a half for them to attend to me, that had never happened to me.
