Dr. Abraham and her assistant were wonderful! They were very thorough and kind. We never felt rushed. They were both very pleasant with my daughter who was the patient.

I LOVED the entire experience. The office was clean and was a lovely facility. All team members were extremely helpful. Dr. Abraham was OUTSTANDING, very thorough, and attentive. I hope to never return for another injury but would absolutely recommend this office. 10/10

Surprised I had a Dr appt scheduled only to be immediately walked in to imaging - glad I asked about it because I would not appreciate the surprise bill. Wish yall worked with a PT that didn't bill through a hospital. Because they do, my $25 copay was rejected and they wanted $958 for my first visit. I'm now on my own looking for a PT which is surprisingly hard to do - not sure if I'll be able to access treatment.

I believe the overall process of the getting people in, the check-in process, getting to the doctor, the checkout process, getting to be able to pay my bill, all that was very good, very clear, very concise, very simple. The only problem I had, the real issue or concern that I had was the doctor didn't communicate enough. The doctor asked how I was feeling, always asked how I was feeling, but it wasn't that in the communication. What I didn't get in the communication were options I had, their thoughts or direction on what I needed to do. All I got was, you know, how are you doing and what do you need to do? I don't think I'm the doctor to be able to make those decisions, so I felt that I probably could have made some better decisions had I had more
Excellent experience with UT Ortho
No one greeted me or gave expected wait time. I wasn't told prior to yesterday about needing an X-ray. The xray tech, Nancy, did not seem to know about ALARA or the risks of X-ray exposure to a patient. She gave me the smallest lead covering available, then acted poorly when I asked for maximum protection. Then she took 10-15 X-rays with what seemed like 0 regard for cancer , DNA, and reproductive damage or the large amount of radiation in one day to me. She did make sure SHE was safe while the X-ray machine ran. My doctor did not realize the large amount of X-rays taken. I would never ever opt to get that many X-rays unless necessary. Perhaps my obesity was the problem or it was inexperience. Olivia asked many questions and was exceptionally professional. Dr. Abraham was exceptionally professional and respected my special needs regarding the knee pain. I feel that she is honest. I recommended to Miss Debbie at Costco when I picked up my meds bc she asked about the knee brace. The young lady who helped me get a knee brace was was polite and sweet. I think the cost of the brace should have been mentioned prior to putting it on , but I think it's assumed BCBs will cover it, nobody knows. I'm sorry I didn't remember her name. I was not billed for the visit.
