Entrance lobby needs central centered desk. Better signage. Great first visit. I was an hour early and till only had a less than 5 minute wait time. Nice clean effect clinic
The doctor was not only prompt, she started my health examination earlier than my appointment time. She was very thorough in her examination. She answered all my questions and offered suggestions for my health care. I trust her completely with my health care.

The first dr that came in was really personable and took his time. The 2nd dr (the one I had a appt with) was super quick and short, and she didn't come back in to talk to me, the 1st dr did.
For new patients it would help to let them know where to park and what entrance to take before the day of visit. I called from parking garage for directions from there and spoke with someone that was extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable.
I just felt that my appointment was very rushed. The provider didn't even greet me. She didn't even give me her name. I thought it was a student because they were telling me that a student was going to come in with her. She just sat down and said, what are you here for? While I had already told them what I was there for, I just didn't think it was a very good experience even though I have seen this provider before. I think my experience the first time was better than my second experience. So I don't know how to feel about going back. Maybe I will start looking for another provider as a dermatologist. I'm not sure yet. Thank you.
The facility needs more signage for each practice and sing in area. Each department needs a clear sign for its waiting area. The parking could use some more signage as well.
All of my doctors have been at Baylor College Of Medicine. I have a lot of trouble getting in touch with someone or having someone call me back or getting an appointment. It can take up to 2 1/2 monthsI was having trouble with a skin issue and was able to secure a work in at your dermatology clinic. The care I received was so fantastic that I am leaving Baylor College Of Medicine. Thank you everyone in your staff has really been trained well on a positive. Customer experience. It is so helpful as I am 89 and technology and getting around isn't easy. I also appreciated that the doctors spoke slowly and clearly and would repeat an answer in a friendly manner if I didn't understand it the first time.

Oh, yes. I really have appreciated Dr. Megan Rogge and her dedication to my situation. It's a bit complex and very frustrating in terms of my diagnosis and what's going on. It's been, she's been nothing but helpful. I think that the administrative staff, I think that they could be a bit more helpful. But it's been complicated and I think that's sort of an ongoing issue, not only with UT Physicians Group, but also with my PCP's group that's over there at Kelsey Stiebold. So it's not just something with your group. But anyway, that's all I wanted to say and I appreciate Dr. Rogge very much. Thank you so much.
After I checked in and was directed to seating area, I was called into the exam room ahead of my scheduled time. Dr Rogge saw me shortly thereafter. It is always a smooth and well organized visit addressing concerns immediately.
