The facility needs more signage for each practice and sing in area. Each department needs a clear sign for its waiting area. The parking could use some more signage as well.

All of my doctors have been at Baylor College Of Medicine. I have a lot of trouble getting in touch with someone or having someone call me back or getting an appointment. It can take up to 2 1/2 monthsI was having trouble with a skin issue and was able to secure a work in at your dermatology clinic. The care I received was so fantastic that I am leaving Baylor College Of Medicine. Thank you everyone in your staff has really been trained well on a positive. Customer experience. It is so helpful as I am 89 and technology and getting around isn't easy. I also appreciated that the doctors spoke slowly and clearly and would repeat an answer in a friendly manner if I didn't understand it the first time.

Oh, yes. I really have appreciated Dr. Megan Rogge and her dedication to my situation. It's a bit complex and very frustrating in terms of my diagnosis and what's going on. It's been, she's been nothing but helpful. I think that the administrative staff, I think that they could be a bit more helpful. But it's been complicated and I think that's sort of an ongoing issue, not only with UT Physicians Group, but also with my PCP's group that's over there at Kelsey Stiebold. So it's not just something with your group. But anyway, that's all I wanted to say and I appreciate Dr. Rogge very much. Thank you so much.

After I checked in and was directed to seating area, I was called into the exam room ahead of my scheduled time. Dr Rogge saw me shortly thereafter. It is always a smooth and well organized visit addressing concerns immediately.

Wait time was short, both in the waiting room and exam room, which I really appreciated.

This was my fourth attempt to finding a solution to my dermatologic issue. I had a good experience although the walking was a bit excessive for me because it was my first visit to that facility. I also didn't ask for a wheelchair transport but next time I might. The doctors and staff were very courteous but once again I didn't get the definitive diagnosis that I was expecting for my problems.

It was a good primary visit with the doctor for my first time.

Please don't be one of those doctors who ignores or minimizes women's reporting of pain. Also, walking out the door in the middle of a conversation after a wait time of 20 minutes isn't great.

Every thing went very good

I have been seeing Dr Rogge since 3018 or 2019. I have always felt completely confident in the care given by her and her staff. I was living on Benadryl, no quality of life. Dr Rogge, as dramatic as this sounds, gave me my life back. I will never be able to thank her enough. I am completely satisfied with my visits and/or question I may send to her. From the moment I walk into the building, checking in and checking out, it is a wonderful experience. I love the card I'm given!
