Yes, I would just like to say that Dr. Subash has been godsend. She's helped me tremendously. She identified my problem. I had no idea what was going on when I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis, and as soon as she saw me she knew what the problem was, and she did good with the treatment options and plans that she connected me with. I hate to see her leave, but she has been nothing but wonderful for me and my health.
Doctor charted wildly incorrect things - said I have not seen a rheumatologist since spring 2024 (have seen one consistently since dx) despite then going on to list all RA meds I have tried since. Listed that I have had a previous pregnancy (I have not). Her notes contradict themselves. Says I was diagnosed with ankylosing sponsylitis in her notes (I was not, I have been diagnosed RA for over a year). Refused to put RA in my PMH in her notes, before doing any testing or anything to justify that. Did not even look at my joints beyond a cursory glance at my hands, lists joints as normal / not tender in her notes when she did not touch any of my joints at all the entire appointment. I will be filing a complaint, her inability to read history and intake forms could get someone killed. She was also extremely dismissive, did not listen to me, kept taking the conversation off topic from my RA symptoms to my hypermobility and POTS, and cut the appointment short without hearing my main concerns. There are more concerns I will discuss when filing my complaint. I have never been so thoroughly mistreated by a physician and I am appalled. My medical records are now full of errors. I waited 4 months for this appointment and it was a waste.

This office is run so well! I have never had to wait for more than ten minutes, the staff is helpful and friendly and Dr. Subash is top-notch. I've accomplished more with Dr. Subash in three appointments than I did in 4 years at my last group of rheumatologists. Thank you!

Dr. Subash was wonderful. She was attentive and listened to all my concerns. I felt heard and she provided me with all the information that I needed. Her assistant was great as well.

I love Dr. Subash. She cares about everything, your whole health. She remembers things and she's very knowledgeable and concerning and can answer any question that I ask her. She's very smart. I feel very comfortable with her and since I've met her, I've gotten comfort and relief from some of the pain that I've came there with. She also knows about programs to help with medicine and things.
She took time with me, explained some things, and was positive about treatment and finding out exactly what is wrong.

I always receive excellent care. Everyone is helpful and I always feel like Dr Subash knows my history and has my best interests in mind. I never have a long wait. They also respond quickly when I have questions and message them in MyChart.

My doctor was very professional and concerned, asked many questions and answered all my questions. She made recommendations as to my continued treatment and I left the office feeling it was a good experience for me.

She was precisely on time - that was impressive, but more impressive was her compassion for my pain and desire to figure out my diagnosis. I really appreciate her being so complete in her assessment and willing to answer ALL my questions.
