Dr. Mayes has continued to be a caring, thorough, personable and knowledgeable physician since she took me on as a patient several years ago. Her visits are thorough and she goes over my medical history completely at every visit and updates it. She always does a complete physical exam and reviews changes from year to year. She reads all notes and updates from my many other physicians and reviews them with me to be sure they are accurate. She answers all my questions and discusses scientific research with me about my health conditions and is always available for my questions through the clinic or via the portal. She is a very special person, educator, and physician and is always the consummate professional and she is a huge asset to the the medical system.
I am extremely happy to have Ms. Maureen Mayes as my doctor. I was waiting for a long time to get on her list of patients, but since I did, I could not be happier. She is very nice, very polite, very kind, very knowledgeable. She has time for her patients. She advises. She asks questions, and she understands and offers valuable suggestions, insights. And as I said, I could not be happier with the service I always receive when I come to the office. I am very thankful.

The guy who was checking me out was supposed to show me how I can go ahead and set up my chart, and he did not do it, and I have not set it up yet.

Dr. Mayes office is always phenomenal. So very, very caring, very professional, very respectful, very compassionate. And like I said, I really have never had any issues with wait time or, you know, expected time we have there. The doctor is very thorough and spends, you know, the right amount of time with a patient, making sure that the patient has time to think about questions that they might have not thought about prior to the visit and everything else. So it is an absolute great experience at this office with this physician. So thank you very much.

Dr Mayes is very patient and listens to my concerns. She gives good advice. When the insurance rejected a necessary medicine, she helped me find an affordable option. Most importantly, she is very quick to send a follow-up of the visit and lab results.
Dr. Mayes is amazing! She listened to my grocery list of concerns and was very patient and addressed many of my issues immediately. I felt heard and understood! All the staff was very pleasant and friendly. They seemed to all work well together as a team. I'm very grateful for the entire staff and especially Dr. Mayes....
