Everything was done perfect. Dr. Matthew Brown is one of the best cardiologists I have dealt with in a long time and I've seen several during my grandson's tenure with his heart problem that he has. And Brown explains everything. He has such a good bedside manner with [...]. I just can't say enough good things about him.
Absolutely love Dr Brown! He takes time talk to listen and we never feel rushed.
(Dr. Brown explains everything very well to me. He speaks Spanish and is very kind to his patients. I have been consulting with him for a long time. I am very grateful for taking care of my daughter's health. Thank you, God, may you always bless you for taking care of the hearts of all people.)
We had a very efficient experience
Everything is very good, but when you take the electrocardiogram, you need to be faster and kinder. Thank you.
If we made it to our appointment on time and did our EKG and Eco on time and scheduled I see no reason for us to have to sit in the room for a hour and a half to be seen by the doctor for 15 mins. Having a child that's on the spectrum that alot to ask of him to sit in 1 room for a hr and a half. It makes the entire process and visit difficult and stressful for both the patient and the parent. We were not told that there would be a wait they literally just left us sitting in a room for almost 2 hrs and that's unacceptable. If we were late or running behind they would have canceled our appointment or made us wait until they could fit us in but that was not the case. It's already hard enough to keep a autistic child calm but wen sitting in a room with nothing to do besides the phone I brought for him, they tend to get over stimulated and bored with just sitting in one space and unable to get out and explore. They needed us to do blood work but after the amount of time we waited and how my son was already feeling blood work was out of the question for that same day. I normally have no complaints about seeing Dr Brown but the wait time to be seen is unacceptable. I was told he only sees patients in the morning and maybe that's part of the issue. Tryin to cram as many visits in the morning as possible and not being mindful of the wait time that comes with it for the patients.
I love the time the nurse and the doctor take to take care of my baby
Dr. Brown is the best cardiologist I've ever worked with, and I've worked with a few. He is professional, but yet attentive, has a great bedside manner, and he's great with kids, and [...] loves him. I can't imagine having a different doctor than Dr. Brown. I feel valued when I go into that office.
We love dr brown and his staff and nurses! Keep up the great jobs.
