Dr Citardi is a top notch ENT. I'm so glad he performed my surgery in May. My nostrils look great. Don't need to go back unless I have severe bloody noses.

Hi. I just wanted to say that the staff was very nice and everybody was really on top of it. The medical fellow was good. He tried to take a comprehensive history. And my visit with Dr. Sotardi was good, very quick. Overall, I had wished that I was able to get some sort of CT scan, but I don't live there. And that would have been helpful to be done at your institution. Anyway, that's it for now. Thank you.

Dr . Citardi corrected the huge problem of Empty Nose Syndrome on May 29 , 2024 . The surgery was successful and life altering . After 30 years of suffering with chronic sinus illnesses , tiredness , anxiety and what felt like constant shortness of breath ; I have my life back and am able to plan ahead for activities without worrying whether I will be sick and have to cancel . This was the pattern of my life for thirty years after surgery for Deviated Nasal Septum . I am thankful to Dr . Citardi and his most professional and efficient on point surgery nurses . Most people do not know what ENS is , even those who may be experiencing it . The word should be out for others to know there is help available . I found Dr . Citardi on the internet .

The female doctor that tended to me was exceptional. She was very thoughtful, caring about the scope, and the fact that I don't light things up my nose, even though that was important. While waiting, the male doctor came in and was extremely rough and not very sympathetic to the fact that it was bothersome. During the same type of exam with the same instrument, and it really left me in disbelief. So he needs to slow down and needs to treat every patient as if that's the one he's there to treat and not rush and just do everything that needs to be done so he can move on to the next one. I get we're all busy, but there is a clear difference in the type of care provided and touch provided to me from one doctor to the other.

Love doctors here

It's difficult to TALK to anyone at UT Physicians. Communications are often "leave message-call back" which doesn't happen or use the portal. Regardless it takes forever if at all.

Dr Citardi was great and so helpful in explaining everything to me. He's very knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable with him. Jessica was also amazing, very friendly and very informative. The front desk check-in was great, as well. Everyone was very patient friendly. I had a great experience.

Dr Shaina Gong was very proactive and helpful. We are expecting the packing in the Carol's right nostril to end her 3 weeks of nose bleeds. Thank you very much!

Had so many questions but went blank when he came in. I assumed I failed the cotton test but would like to know---Yeah or Nay-- I do or don't have Empty Nose Syndrome. My ENT here in Pueblo Co said I had it and that's why I was there because I read about him on the internet.I was disappointed to hear to do just nasal rinses. No more treatment.Same thing I hear here. Have an appt in 6 months. May cancel.

I was very happy with the service from the doctor, but this last time, I was quite disappointed. For 4 and a half years, he treated me and performed surgery, and I was very satisfied. However, this last time, I was quite unsatisfied with what he told me about my medical condition.

After my visit with Dr. Citardi, I feel very comfortable with allowing him to treat me and perform any needed surgery. He is very knowledgeable and treated me like a person. He listened and answered all of my questions.

Nov 12, 2024

Great knowledgeable and trustworthy provider but the 2 hour wait time was excessive and I was given no warning. Because of this, I was late for another appointment

Nov 12, 2024

Other than my appointment being later than scheduled, everything else went well. Thank you.
