My experience with Dr Tzou was excellent. However, my experience with the check-in staff at the front desk was unacceptable. I arrived a few minutes after 9 am for a 9:20 appointment. I checked in at the front desk and paid the $40 co-pay. I then waited for over an hour before being called back to see Dr Tzou. My wife asked about 10 am if there was a problem, and the person at the front desk said they would check with Dr. Tzou's staff. After not hearing an update, I asked another worker to check with the front desk a few minutes later. She returned saying that she was told Dr. Tzou's staff didn't answer the phone when the front dest called. When I finally saw Dr Tzou (about 1 1/2 hours after my original appointment time), she told me that the staff had told her that I checked in late, after 10 am. So not only did the staff at the front desk not check me in when I initially arrived around 9, they tried to cover their mistake by blaming me for their error by fabricating a story that I checked in late. It's obvious to me that the realized their error and then finally checked me in while trying to pass the blame off on me. Dr Tzou had wondered where I was at my appointment time while I was in the waiting area the whole time. The front desk staff needs to accept responsibility for wasting my time as well as Dr Tzou's. Maybe some retraining in check-in procedure is in order. Clearly, the check-in process is breakable. To say I was agitated after finding out what happened is an understatement.

I did want to share that I have never been more confident in my health care and where I stand as far as my health goes and my lab and just keeping up with me being overall in good hands with the provider. And I'm very grateful to have come across Dr. Tzou and I am very happy with all of the treatment that I've been given. So thank you.

So the complete experience was perfect from the front desk who told me exactly where to go and what to do to the good Dr. Tzou herself. Completely satisfied, perfect everywhere around.

Yes, I would like to recommend Dr. Martha Tzou. She did a great job with me. She listened to my issues and was able to ascertain our next steps in my treatment and to continue with my current treatment. She answered all my questions. She has a great chair-side manner, so I want to give her that. She's very personable and very accurate. So she did a great job medically and as a human being.
