Everyone was very nice n helpful
Everyone was clear with what they were doing, or going to do at each stage. Instructions on what I needed to do for the next part of my recovery.
My appointment time was [...] AM. However, I was not seen until [...]. No one ever apologize for me having to wait an extended amount of time at that facility. I never saw the actual physician only his physician assistant, and I was told that I needed an MRI even though no one discussed my current x-rays. I could not believe that I actually spent all of that time just sitting there to be told I need to go and get an MRI. I never saw the physician ever!
