It is a LONG drive
Doctor and staff were wonderful.
Long wait. Medical area office bldg did not have wheelchairs for patients. Did not have this problem in several other medical facilities.
Doctor Mark was very kool explaining the situation.
The process was pleasant and efficient. Very knowledgeable team.
Very good experience with Dr. Dannenbaum
The physician was excellent in all areas however his administrative personnel have not been cooperative, gave me incorrect appt time information and have been unresponsive about the next steps I need to take regarding my surgery et al. This has been very frustrating.
Staff was well informed and proactive. Doctor took as much time as needed, answered questions and gave me a plan moving forward. I totally understood course of action going forward. Dr Dannenbaum is an excellent physician, in my opinion.
Dr. Dannenbaum was extremely patient with my elderly mother. She asked many questions, some unreasonable questions, but he was very patient, very respectful, and answered all of them to the best of his ability to ease her anxiousness about her upcoming surgery.
Since mom had a preliminary appointment, a month before, I was extremely disappointed that the medical records associated with her aneurysm repair surgery done at Memorial Hermann by this group's doctors, have not as of yet been found. We still do not know who her surgeon was, or the exact location of the aneurysm.
Excellent treatment and care with Dr. Dannebaum
Everyone beside Dr. Dannebaum was nice and helpful, but not the doctor. I was very emotional when he walked in because of my past aneurysm. He asked why I was there and made it seem as he didn't even look at my chart. He "repaired" my first aneurysm but did not pack the coil inside it enough so it eventually started filling with blood again. He performed the second procedure but I wish I selected a different doctor. He's not caring and acted as though I was inconveniencing him because I insisted the second procedure be done before the end of the year which was the next month. After he did that procedure he acted like he was the one pushing to have it done sooner than later. This time I told him I was having same symptoms as before and be tried brushing it off as a migraine. Then told me well he can order a CTA if I want. You know if he he and his nurse Maggie had took the time to listen to me the first time after he so called repaired and coiled the first aneurism, maybe I wouldn't have had that mild stroke a month later. ?
I feel I received excellent care.
Very pleased. Had surgery there the other day and that was first rate
Dr. Dannenbaum was personable and respectful, and Nurse [...] was fantastic.
The doctor, best pediatrics in Beaumont, referred me to you and you all haven't given back any feedback to the referral doctor. You just said, "Hey, he's not leaking SF fluid and sent me on my way." No feedback back to the doctor who referred you.
All was fine except we had to wait 1 full hour for him to come in to see us. We were there on time....
Dr. Dannenbaum is the best!
Excellent doctor.
Exceptional care, careful listening, adapted plans and procedures to my unique circumstances. I consider myself very fortunate to have found Dr Dannenbaum.
It was an experience
Dr. Dannenbaum is very nice, patient and friendly.
The purpose for this appointment was to review new CTA's& MRI and its findings. The assistant didn't prepare nor was the physician as he was not given the opportunity to review them. The visit was cordial but completely useless as non of the latest findings were discussed. I did provide a copy of the scans & reprts via CD that was uploaded in my presence. I am a self paying patient and I did not accomplish anything in this visit. I tried to remain calm and positive only to be let down. Let me add that my original appointment, two weeks prior was cancelled by phone message one hour from my office visit. I understand that unforeseen situation arise but the fact that the assistant to Dr Dennenbaum ,[...] did not do her job properly is the result of this situation! I don't think I should pay for a visit where nothing got accomplished! I request a refund in full. $[...].- [...][...][...] Please call me to discuss further questions you might have !
Mark Dannenbaum is a superb physician. I got him designated to me while at [...][...][...][...] for a brain bleed and boy, did I get the luck of the draw. He gave us his cell phone number, and has really helped me through my recovery as if I were a family member. Just can't say enough good things. I got a second opinion on my angiograms from a friend at [...] and they confirmed he did a perfect study and analysis on my brain. Mark is a rock star
Experience was above expectations. Dr. Dannenbaum and Dr. [...] were amazing.
Dr Dannenbaum was surprisingly very familiar with my surgical history at Hermann and is on top of my medical situation. I appreciate his support and willingness to assist me with my future monitoring and care!
