The doctor was very knowledgeable. He informed me about the intensity and the alignment to understand that my child is high risk and everything that we need to do in case of emergency, who to call, and all the on-call doctors. He did a referral to all the disciplines that we have with her care, and they all are going to collaborate together. I was so impressed. So I would refer the doctor to every member of my family. Thank you.
Helped figure out it was her growth hormone so we're grateful. Just want better communication from office. All in all we're getting there.
My experience with the High Risk Children's Clinic as well as UT Physicians in general is getting worse over time. The wait times are long. Important paperwork and orders etc never get signed in a timely manner, resulting in loss of services and therapies for my child. The doctors, including my daughter's PCP, seem overwhelmed and appear to be caring less and less about their patients.
Dr Caldas and Dr [...] and [...], [...], [...] are great!
Wait times have been long lately. It's also been really difficult and time consuming to get paperwork signed.
