I appreciate Dr. Randolph for his excellent service, but the issue was when I showed up for my appointment, I realized that I needed referral. That if one of the members of the office called me in advance, I would have gotten it from the primary care physician. I thought they already have it, but it was expired. She tried to get it by calling them, but they didn't provide. I had to pay out of my pocket the whole money. It was nothing, but I certainly appreciate it if they had arranged the referral in advance so I could use the insurance which I am paying every month. I appreciate that.

I thought that Dr. Randhawa was wonderful. He takes the time to talk to you about your medical status. He provides you information for future problems if you have any. He addresses everything that's going on now clearly. So I would recommend him to anyone.

Everyone was super nice, answered all my many questions. No sense at all of being rushed. Very comfortable communication between Dr., staff, and me. Great overall experience.
The cardiologist both explained and drew a diagram to help me see what he was explaining.
The doctor asked me pertinent questions and listened to me carefully. He also explained to me about my condition and how to investigate further. In short, it was a productive visit.
