I felt that I wasn't given the information I needed! Since my heart experience, I want to be informed about everything that could help me avoid making mistakes with my health! I am thinking about switching to another cardiologist because I feel like he has too many patients and doesn't fully address all my questions. I also felt that I was charged too much for the care I received. I don't have enough money just to see my doctor. Thank you for your concern for the patients, but I believe that patients depend on the advice and care of the doctor to correct the mistakes we make due to lack of information. Thank you.

Doctor, nurses and clinic staff are very nice and helpful.
I appreciate Dr. Randolph for his excellent service, but the issue was when I showed up for my appointment, I realized that I needed referral. That if one of the members of the office called me in advance, I would have gotten it from the primary care physician. I thought they already have it, but it was expired. She tried to get it by calling them, but they didn't provide. I had to pay out of my pocket the whole money. It was nothing, but I certainly appreciate it if they had arranged the referral in advance so I could use the insurance which I am paying every month. I appreciate that.

I thought that Dr. Randhawa was wonderful. He takes the time to talk to you about your medical status. He provides you information for future problems if you have any. He addresses everything that's going on now clearly. So I would recommend him to anyone.
