Everyone I came in contact was so friendly and nice. Dr Richter was amazing! So very happy I was referred to her.

They gave me a lot of confidence and understood everything I said. 10 out of 10, super.

Everyone treated me extremely well and listened to me carefully and addressed my issues!

My OBGYN was very polite. I am happy to be seeing her. The nurses on the other hand were very rude and passive aggressive. I was assured on three different occasions that I would be out by a certain time but ended up leaving 20 minutes late. The nurse who scheduled my next appointment seemed to have a personal issue and I hope to have the one who did my intake and prep for the OBGYN help me instead of her. The rude nurse was dry, mean and looked past me when speaking to me (half of the time I wasn't aware she was speaking to me). She made the process longer than expected and I had my blood drawn last instead of right after seeing the OB. I had to walk all around the clinic (literally) more than once to conclude everything. I am disgusted by her behavior and I did my best to not react negatively towards her. As a pregnant woman I do not feel comfortable being treated as she treated me.

Always a great experience. Wait time tends to be an issue though.

While I understand things happen and everyone was apologetic, I would have preferred to have an option of rescheduling after an hour. They kept telling me it wouldn't be that long g but I was there for over 2 hours before seeing the doctor

I would appreciate a helpful map to help guide patients, especially those that are new, for where to park and prepare them to pay $16 for parking if they park in the garage. Lastly, you have to park high up, unless you pay for valet parking. The hospital is confusing as well.

Dr. Richter is hands down my favorite doctor. She is amazing, attentive and miraculously remembers everything. I have been seeing her for eight years and I truly cannot see myself going anywhere else. She communicates very well and I feel like she genuinely cares which is hard to find these days. I cannot say enough about how wonderful she is.

Doctor Richter and her team is very easy to talk to. They make you feel like a member of their family. Dr. Richter is very informative and helpful in recommendations for future medical tests you need.

I always feel well taken care of, never rushed, and have always gotten the best results from this care team.

I absolutely love Dr. Richter! I moved to Magnolia, but drive all the way to her office because I just can't phantom the thought of having another provider other than her care for me. I appreciate the fact that she's knowledgeable about what she's doing and takes her time to listen and explain to me. She builds that relationship with her patients to better understand them as a whole in order to better care for them and I absolutely love this. I feel comfortable speaking to her and she lets me know that my health and care is ultimately in my hands and doesn't pressure me in decisions. She gives me the options and knowledge to choose. Overall, the best OBGYN I've ever had and I have had many. She delivered my 5th child and the care and support I received with this delivery was unlike any other. I had my first C-Section for this delivery, but she did such a great job and did her best to work with me follow my choices and honestly did her best to avoid the C-Section. I would recommend her to everyone I know and wish all the best for her and the entire practice.

I have been going to the 929 gessner location for a good while already. The front desk ladies change a lot but the two new ones that are currently at the front desk are awesome! Also Dr Richter is the best 10/10 would recommend!

Provider is very friendly, professional, takes care of patients very well, answers all my questions during the visit.

I love that the doctor listens to your concerns and questions.
