Great doctor.
The doctor was very thorough, explained everything, every single process and procedure. Just waiting for the insurance to approve the labs so I can go ahead and get some sort of surgery for them to go ahead and get a biopsy. Besides that, everyone was very nice and pleasant and answered all my questions. Thank you so much.

Dr Burke is a amazing young man. He did a great job on the surgery. He was a very attentive doctor and made sure a I got good info on how to take care of myself.
Dr. Burke was very thorough. He explained the condition and also outlined what Plan B would be in the event I wanted to try to prevent what happened. And I was very grateful for him working me into this schedule.
Dr.Burke is a phenomenal health professional. I actually took my son to his office to have a hearing test. Very knowledgeable.
His communication was a bit insensitive, made me feel like my condition was hopeless and the appointment felt rushed. I would not recommend that doctor to anyone.

The waiting room was full of people and a line of people behind me as well to check-in. I figured it'd take some time. The check-in process was extremely slow for the people ahead of me. My info was already in the system because I have another doctor through UTHealth, do my check-in was quick and easy. I was finally called back 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, after I arrived 20 minutes early. I had to sit and wait for about 5 minutes for the nurse to come in and then she was rather slow in overviewing/updating my information. She seemed to be having a rough day though. The doctor came in very quickly after she finished and talked to me to learn what was going on and give his input. He wanted me to do a hearing exam which I already figured and he left and and said to give him a few minutes to get it setup. I thought that I was going to do that next, but then the nurse came in after a bit and asked me what happened. I told her I was waiting to do the hearing exam, or so I thought. Apparently the audiologist wasn't even there that day, so I would have to schedule to come back and do the hearing test. The next available appointment for that isn't until June 23rd, but they put me on the waiting list in case something opens up. I was very unhappy with this visit and will not be recommending this location to anyone. The doctor I had no problem with, except that he didn't make it clear that I would have to schedule to do the hearing test. Unfortunately he is only in network with my insurance at that location.
The walk from the parking garage to the facility was a bit long and tiring for me. You should warn your patients in your intro letter who try to pay using cash must have the exact amount to pay. Change is not made. Even the garage payment machines used to collect the garage parking fees give change.
Dr. Burke is an outstanding ear, nose and throat doctor. I trust him and my family also uses him.
Dr. Burke and his team Anna & Lydia, are wonderful. No matter how I'm feeling, I always walk out knowing I was treated by the best.
Dr Burke is great. He's to the point, but doesn't rush you. The problem I had is every time I come, I have to wait at least 90 minutes in the waiting room before being called back and then another 15-20 mins in a room before I see the doctor.
If the appt. is at 10am, at least a 15 minute wait.
The doctor talked to fast, was in a hurry and didn't fully listen.
I've been seeing Dr. Burke for the past 10 years, and every time I go there the doctor and his staff have always treated me with kindness and respect, and that goes along way with me
I am very pleased, very happy, and satisfied with the doctor's visit. She provided the checkups you offer for support consultations. The doctor arrived quickly and on time. She treated me like never before. I am especially happy, and I am sure that if God grants me health next year, I hope you will send me this same doctor. I waited an hour after appt time. I scheduled due to parotid issue but all staff members thought I was there for thyroid. After finally getting into room nurse reviewed "my record" for 10 minutes before she realized she was not reviewing my record but another patients. -- lack of professionalism and no accuracy.
They are not very interested in serving people who speak Spanish, that is what I could perceive.
