Hi, I want to say that this provider and his staff were very kind and gracious and mindful of my disability. Coming to the office, they more than answered my questions and my needs and definitely give them a 10. They took care of my problem and they helped me get through it. I didn't have any losses or any moments where I didn't know what was going on.

Love Dr Ostrosky. I still have long COVID but he says it will take time. No meds to cure it.

Jan 22, 2025

I'm very fortunate after 2.5 years to have finally been referred and established with the UTHEALTH Houston Covid-19 Center of Excellence. From scheduling to nurses to Physician's... everyone communicates well and gets issues handled in a timely manner. The patient portal is always monitored for speedy responses and availability for some televisits is easy and convenient with this illness. Thank you.

I love my Drs, and all the staff there. I am getting the best care for a condition that is puzzling. All through our adventure with it, everyone has been kind, and supportive. My spirits are always lifted after I've been in for a visit, even when the news from the Dr. continues to be confounding. This office should be a model for all offices.

I was required to pay $214 payment at check-in. I was told this was part of my insurance deductible. After my visit I was given a paper stating the charge was $168. I dont know what insurance will pay, but I obviously was overcharged compared with the paperwork I received.

Very detailed analytical approach to my complex multi factorial major health challenges delivered in a friendly, effectively communicated manner by the doctor and each staff member. The doctor's vita/resume is World Class.

Oct 9, 2024

Staff members [...] and [...] were really thorough in their intake and getting all the information accurate. And I felt that the doctor was really caring and had great beside manners with listening to my issues and validating my concerns.

Oct 8, 2024

The Medical student was very good. The doctor was very short maybe 5 minutes. Didn't address my main focus - antibiotics causing colitis and IBS.

Good memory.

Sep 25, 2024

The staff is very friendly. I believe Dr. Ostrosky listened to my concerns regarding my health. I felt comfortable with this office and hope we can get to the root of the problem.

Sep 17, 2024

No one checked my vitals, nor my current meds. Nor listened to my airways. It was rushed, but I arrived 2 min. late.

Sep 11, 2024

Got in quickly , Dr OSTROSKY was very helpful and informative. Front desk and nurse were great!

Sep 11, 2024

[...], [...] and Dr Ostrosky were knowledgeable and genuinely cared and listened to me with no judgement. They are timely and efficient (NO wait time)! Feedback, resources and follow up care is made easy with assistance from a very well run clinic standpoint! Thank you for your Excellence in Care and Compassion for this terrible disease that many of my physicians do NOT believe or know anything about, leaving me feeling like they think it's all in my head. I feel vindicated and understood again. Thank you again for all that you have done in just this short time! I feel hopeful again and I really needed that after almost 3 years with dealing with this continuing progressive nightmare, coming up this January 2025!

Dr. Ostrosky, his nurses and his residents are very detailed, thorough, and attentive. That is extremely significant in cases such as these for which he is an expert. I would recommend him to anybody.

I waited two and half months for this appointment. It'd be better the appointments were more accessible.

Jul 31, 2024

An exceptional experience all around. Everyone on the team was phenomenal.

Jul 31, 2024

Everyone was very kind from the reception to the doctor. They absolutely knew my health/medical history and listened to my issues before responding with care. The doctor truly seemed to want to help and gave me a clear answer to what he believes will happen next. i truly appreciated him sharing that most people recover fully. That is the biggest fear with this issue is the possibility of living with it long term. I would have liked to hear of more treatments I could do at home whether it be diet or exercise or other but maybe that is not known. I would also like to know where to ask questions if they come up. Other than that it was a very successful visit and I appreciated the care.

Jul 31, 2024
