Wonderful experience everytime i visit .
The front desk asked for my signature on 2 documents I did not see and have already signed.
It was my first experience there, my new PCP and her assistant were both very helpful providing me with all the info that I needed to know concerning my health. The receptionist was also very nice and they get you in and out. Highly recommend
I was very surprised of the way the staff treated me. They were very polite generous kind. The atmosphere of the clinic was very nice professional and very attentive. It felt nice and calm definitely glad I made the right decision to change doctors. Thank you for all the staff. The doctor was so nice and took her time with me and my medical history
Dr Kaissi is amazing! I have had many PCPs over the years and she is probably in the top 2 I have EVER had. I am glad I found her and I love going to her, I always know I will be well taken care of. I brag about her all the time to my family members and am trying to convince them to switch to her office. The front desk staff is also amazing- super polite, kind, warm, and welcoming. The nurses are very friendly and seem to genuinely care.

The cost of the visit does not reflect the level of service requested or given. The $226.42 out-of-pocket bill is not justified. The primary purpose of the visit was to obtain a referral from a doctor in my current insurer's network. Unfortunately, I was advised that since I had a different insurer last year, the referral from the (PCP) doctor in that network could not be used to continue seeing the ophthalmologists in my current insurer's network, unless I was willing to pay out-of-pocket for all future visits. I was advised to obtain a referral from a (PCP) doctor in my current insurer's network. No additional tests or examinations were requested or done. The doctor simply had to copy/restate what was already determined last year, briefly review blood work results already done last year and reorder labs already requested by the current ophthalmologist. I'd like to find out if/how pricing can be reviewed.

My first experience with Dr. KAISSI was excellent. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly address my concerns. She maintained a calm and reassuring demeanor, making me feel comfortable throughout the visit. Most importantly, she genuinely listened to everything I had to say, which made me feel heard and valued as a patient. I truly appreciated her patience and professionalism.
Everyone listens with the EAR OF THEIR HEART AND GIVES SERVICE WITH HEART. WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MY CARE....I FEEL AS THO I HAVE FINALLY ARRIVED AT GRANDMÀS HOUSE AND EVERYTHING IS GOING TO BE FINE.?

I am very satisfied with the service, and the location of the office is very convenient for me. The office personal is friendly, clean and comfortable.
Dr. Kaissi is the most compassionate doctor that we have visited in a long time. We never feel as though we are not important and that she needs to rush us through to get on to the next patient.

Dr. Kaissi and staff were very polite and knowledgeable. My appointment was on time and all my concerns were addressed.
I just want to say that everybody was truly nice. The receptionist from the time I came in to let me know what paperwork I needed to sign, to let me know that by the time that I got there that I wouldn't be waiting alone. From the doctor, from the nurses, each and everybody did a great and awesome job, even from the people who actually took the blood. They actually did a great job. We was laughing and talking, but truly, it was all about their business. Definitely, I would recommend UT Health to anybody, to any family member. Definitely enjoyed the experience each and every time I come.
