This place is the best.
I just had to say that the process was easy and the patience and thoroughness of Dr. Yammine is excellent. She never fails to inquire on all aspects that have concerned me in the past or currently concern me or may concern me. At the end of every appointment, she lets me know how she's going to fill the meds, when to reschedule my appointment or any other issues like labs or anything like that, and then has me answer to my understanding, i.e., if she says, you need to get labs, do you understand or if there's any issues, call me. And then she'll say, so are we all good with that or something along those lines? And then I just repeat it back to her. Yes, ma'am, I'll go get labs by such and such date, et cetera. If I've had problems with my prescription or pharmacy in the past, reaching out to her via email.

Dr. Yammine is totally awesome. I love her. She's my favorite.
I would say the overall satisfaction with the video and quality of care was pretty great. And then for the doctor herself, Dr. Yammine really knows what she's doing. She listens in intensley, to be honest with you and answers. Pretty much any question. I have to ask she'll walk you through anything, you don't know, and she's very supportive and encouraging.
Dr. Yammine really makes it feel like she knows you on a personal level. She always asks questions, always touches base about your life and makes you feel valued.
