She's really nice and she's really patient. She understands, and you can ask her every question that she, you can ask her like every question, and she will respond to it. So I really like the way she's doing and I really like her patience and I really like her lovely heart.

All staff and providers was very welcoming and very helpful.

I had to be seen by a different provider (not a doctor) for this visit because my doctor was an hour behind. It was not communicated at arrival and mass announcement was made after I had already waited 35 minutes. Rescheduling wasn't an option as I had already asked for time off from work and used PTO. A quick text or message through the portal would be helpful in the future.

Hi, from the wait time for the time that I spent with the nurse and with the physician that the provider that saw me, everything was phenomenal from the time I got there, from the time I left. The only thing that I would say needed improvement was the parking situation, but I do understand that you all have construction going on. Thank you.

While the procedure itself was quite painful, she was extremely good at talking me through what was happening, making sure I was okay, and following up with what to expect afterwards. She seems very knowledgeable and personable and put me at ease for something I was a bit nervous about, knowing the insertion could hurt.
